Definitely not 4* but still good value for money. Other 4* hotels were much more expensive & ultimately 'you get what you pay for'. Other reviewers should recognise this! Initially put off by adverse reviews but for a brief overnight stay, within budget, took a chance. Pleasantly surprized. Friendly, helpful staff; clean & spacious executive apartment. Rooms need refreshing but... More

This hotel is in a great location near to Darling Habour but we were very disappointed with the hotel itself. We booked a two bedroom apartment but what we got was two one bedroom apartments with a connecting hallway, this meant that we had to prop the doors open with door stops. This was not ideal with young children as... More

One of the best choices in terms of location and price. Major attractions are all within walking distance. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The two bedroom apartment we had came with a spacious sitting area and a small balcony. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to families travelling with kids.

We recently stayed here for 2 nights in an executive apartment, which is 2 rooms interconnected which is fine because you have the front door which closes and then you can just wedge the 2 doors open to each room. My husband and I had one apartment and our 3 children were in the other. Unlike other reviews the customer... More

We stayed at the Seasons Harbour Plaza for 2 days recently. It was well located. Close to City & Darling Harbour. Room was good and on a lower floor as per requested. Staff at receptions were helpful. We would stay there again as it was very convenient. Only one draw back was no food options available, but this was not... More

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and were happy with location. The reception staff were pleasant. We were in Room 1307, the room was reasonably appointed 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, laundry facilities etc however it had an overwhelmingly musty smell (I know this can be common in a lot of hotels) we opened the sliding door... The location was great and the staff I dealt with were ok but our room 1007 wasn't up to much, stains on the carpet, carpet fraying at the edges, shower door filthy, cutlery, cups and plates were dirty and the kettle was full of grease. There was a smell of chinese/asian cooking when we went into the room and we... More

Stayed here for weekend in march as it was my daughters birthday and wanted a 2 bed apartment for four of us.Unfortunately it was an interconnecting two bed apartment which was not what we wanted,so went down to reception to explain. There was queue of people with complaints about their rooms. Eventually I explained to a lovely receptionist called Ayed.He... More

We stayed here for 4 nights, the location was great it was so close to darling harbour which made it so easy to get around. Unlucky that was the only good thing, bed was horrible I had more then one spring digging in to me, the air con didn't work very well the first night then completely died the second... More

We stayed here 5 years ago, and therefore decided to return for a 4 night stay in Sydney. It is in a great location - very near Darling Harbour and also the rest of the city. But this hotel is tired and needs an upgrade. The room needs fresh furniture, consistent housekeeping (some days we had fresh toiletries, some days... More
