Our family of four arrived and booked in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our 2 bedroom apartment, it was very nicely presented and it was quite spacious. The location is fantastic with Darling Harbour just over the road.

We stayed here for one night in July 2014. We drove in and parked underneath the building. The driveways are very narrow and the parking bays are also narrow. There is bedding in some of the parking bays. Check in was ok. The staff were professional. When we got to our room, housekeeping were still cleaning it. She advised us... More

The hotel was well located to Darling Harbour and it was a short walk from Town Hall train station that had links to Circular Quay and the airport. We had a pleasant and well priced breakfast at the café underneath the hotel. For a city hotel, it was pretty quiet as we were located on a room on a high... More

We stayed in this hotel for two nights in late June. We had booked two deluxe rooms. Because we requested twin beds we received a complimentary upgrade to two Executive rooms. Rooms were older style but clean and quite functional. Hotel was in a great location close to Darling Harbour. Staff were very pleasant. The car park was a bit... More

The hotel was located close to China Town. The rooms were clean and spacious.Car parking was $40 overnight in a small one way lane in Dixon Lane next to the Seasons Harbour Plaza. The complimentry milk in the fridge was off but the kitchen had everything you would need if wanting to cook for yourself. There was also a washing machine if you... It seems that things are dependent upon who you book through. Our first visit was everything I expected. Our second visit was not good in comparison. Room had maintance issues that hadn't been dealt with. Dirty walls and splash back in kitchen area. Mold in the shower and bathroom . Headboard behind bed mounted on the wall on an angle.... More

Stayed for a conference in a one bedroom with kitchen and refrigerator. Perfectly located across the street from the walkover that drops you at Cockle Bay, Darling Harbour and wonderful food and entertainment. It was a short two blocks to Victoria Building for trains and awesome shopping. The rooms were clean, the staff very accommodating. If you need ice, you... More

The location was good 400 metres from Town Hall, 290 metres from the Queen Victoria Building and 700 metres from Darling Harbour. The apartment was well set out. It had everything you would need for a short stay. The room was clean. I was on the fourth floor and found the street noise made for disturbed sleep. Having said that... More

This is a fantastic place to stay in terms of proximity to the harbour etc. I had an apartment and it was spacious and well-fitted out. However the hotel is very tired. The fridge leaked, checking in and out was fairly chaotic, I was freezing for 2 nights, and it was hard to get simple things such as blankets. Colleagues... More
