We really loved the location of this hotel, it is priced fairly well for where it is. The staff are friendly and helpful. Decent TV inside too. What we did not like was the horribly useless aircon. It barely worked at all. We were sweating in our room and beds with the aircon on "high" and "18 degrees". Keeping in... More

Was very average. The lobby was well presented but the rooms needed a major re vamp. The room we stayed in still had the review from the previous person on the desk (wasn't a good review). I would only stay again if it was to stay before embarking a ship.

centrally located - close to darling harbor, the rocks and the city but otherwise pretty average. In desperate need of a proper renovation not just dodgy paint. Parking first in best dressed but very tight! slightly expensive for what the service and rooms are like. Our aircon was make huge amounts of noise/rattling - called the front desk who said... More

Very practical apartment hotel. Large comfortable room facing the main street. a bit noisy at night. Well located next to Darling Harbour. Clean tidy good value. No real views as it ios a city centre hotel. Expensive wifi at 15 dollars per night.

We have stayed in this hotel previously so expected more than was delivered this time around. The air con did not work in our first room at all and after multiple complaints, including requests for a fan and offer of a portable aircon (neither which arrived with no call back to let us know what was happening), at 4am we... Stayed here overnight, great location with a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour and the centre of the CBD. The room was renovated, clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. After reading negative reviews, I disagree and would definitely stay here again!

We were due to stay here for about 6 weeks. We thought we were getting a basic but nice inner city apartment style room. Unfortunately it's a complete bum hole. Very dated, very dirty and generally uncomfortable. The reception staff are clueless and rude. On 3 or 4 occasions the room was not serviced properly and today they clearly really... More

Having 13 people to accommodate was always going to be tricky. Despite a couple of hiccups at check in due to the fact that so many had the same surname, ultimately the end process worked well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although various kitchens had items missing. Overall the accommodation I easily rate at three, but due to the... More

Stayed here on a work visit, must say the Manager was very helpful with my reservation that was incomplete. Good location but the rooms are filthy, silverfish crawl along the floor, the light switches dirty, toilet had not been cleaned on the outside of the bowel. The fridge has not been defrosted in years and the hairdryer has been smashed... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
