The restaurant here, imaginatively titled, "Dish. A restaurant", has appalling service. The food was average (steak ordered MR came out well done) but the service was terrible. Not recommended. more

Very noisy with parties in surrounding rooms. Drunks staggering the halls all night. Staff don't care. This hotel is an absolute disgrace. Stay at your own peril. more

Friends in Aus booked this for us. We were not disappointed!! But you have to have the harbour view!!!! Would love to revisit, and would do it the same way again!!! more

We chose the Novotel because my husband is an Accor Adv member and the price was cheaper than a lot of other Sydney options. Stayed here over New Year's with my boyfriend. Great location overlooking Darling Harbour, although we had to change rooms as we had paid for a Harbour View room which at first we were not given.
