Business conference booked here, but they have some electrical issues which has shut the hotel down completely on 2 occasions in the last 2 weeks. having to relocate hotels and not being allowed to recontinue staying, even after the problem got fixed was very irritating. As with most people that have written reviews on this hotel I was staying here because it was part of a conference package with the conference being located at the convention centre. I stayed at Novotel Darling Harbour for four days while I attended a conference at the Convention Centre. Incredibly convenient (good when you're on your own with no car) and very easy to get around.
