Front rooms extremely noisy due to traffic. Staff promised to move me during the day while I was away at conference, but 'forgot' and I had to force them to change me. This hotel represents excellent value, its convenient for Darling Harbour, chinese gardens and chinatown. Its a pleasant walk to the city centre and circular quay. The room was very comfortable, bed was excellent and we had great views of the chinese gardens. Unfortunately the air con unit was a little noisy. more

Stayed here for 2 nights and it had everything we needed. Good location, 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour, good service and nice room, with a big plasma tv. Big bathroom with hot water and very clean. What more can you ask for?? more
