well I'm normally positive with my reviews but after being frowned upon at reception because I questioned the room description of having a balcony and given the key for a ground level studio with NO BALCONY I was given a 3rd floor with balcony and having to shuffle my bags twice with no hotel assistance (there was multiple staff on... First and last stay here. The hallways smelled, the room was not clean and there is a bit of maintenance that needs to be completed in the rooms. I didn't feel like I was staying in a luxury apartment, nor a cosy-home-like apartment. It was however, very close to The Rocks, Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. And right next door... More

Stayed in this apartment from 25.07 to 29.07.2014. Great location, with short walking distance to Wynyard station, the Coles and Woolsworth...Even though it is in the heart of CBD, and our balcony was facing a big construction site, we didn't even hear any noise when we were in NOK. Well equipped kitchenette made us very easy to buy back and... More

The room I stayed in was dirty, the pull out bed was so disgusting we decided it would be safer not to use. Most of the walls had some kind of damage and there was a lot of maintenance needed in the bathroom. The hallways stank of overpowering cleaning products and I would never return or recommend staying here.

We recently stayed her after a trip OS and we plan to always stay here when we are in Sydney. We have stayed here at least once or twice a year since 2006 and can't fault it. Great location for both the Rocks and CBD and clean, large room. The staff are always great and their friendliness is a very welcoming... More

This small hotel is very close to all the major attractions and within walking distance to Sydney Tower, Pitt St Mall, Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Circular Quay, The Star Casino and Wynyard train station. If you are happy to cook on your holidays to save some cash the facilities are available, however given the distance to Darling Harbour and the... More

We had a special cheap deal during May for three nights. The location is quite central and not far from Wynyard, just down the hill a bit. The major drawbacks are the major construction site of Barangaroo across the road and the flyover freeway above the hotel, that leads onto Sydney Harbour Bridge. Our room looked over Kent Street so... More

On the plus side the room was spacious, the check in was very professional and friendly and it was all easy. The room was a little tired and musty but fine for the price. On the down side, it's in that dead part of Kent St, there are very few shops or restaurants nearby and it's a 20 min walk... More

check in was no hassle. when we came in the room was big. with sofas n big toilet and shower. no bathtubs though. the kitchen is another highlight. has a hot plate, and all the cooking utensils are tucked in the kitchen cabinet. one thing to note about this hotel, no breakfast included, but cafes and restaurants are close nearby,...
