Arrived in the afternoon and our car was taken by valet parking space quickly, but could also see the line of cars behind us, it felt a bit rushed, but given the close proximity to the CBD, it would be very difficult to have off street pull in facilities. Reception area was bright and airy, like the quick check in,... more

If your staying in Sydney you won't find a hotel as central and as comfortable as the swissotel. When you arrive at the doorway on the street, you go in and take the lift to the 8th floor and your confronted with a huge entrance hall with the reception,a bar, restaurants, conference rooms. It's like going into the cupboard and walking out into Narnia!... more

We had a five night stay in this lovely hotel in Sydney on our visit to Australia. We had upgraded to the Club Level Suites and all the facilities of the Executive Lounge were available to us, so we took breakfast there each morning and availed of the evening drinks and canapés, you could also drop into the lounge during... more

The 2 stay night stay at the Swissotel was a birthday treat for my boyfriend. Upon arrival we were presented with a voucher for lunch at the bar and the food was delicious! The steak was unbelievable and it have it for free was completely unexpected. The breakfast delivered to the room the following morning was gorgeous and the service... more

Very nice hotel close to shopping, transportation. Huge bathroom with tub. The entrance is on street level but must take elevator to 8th floor for lobby and check in then another elevator up to room. This made my daughter and I a bit more comfortable as it would be more of an effort for just anyone off the street to... more

Booked this via a last minute website, and was very happy with the place. I arrived two hours early, but there was a room available and early check-in was no problem. I had their "basic" room - which consists of a nice king bed, large work desk, two chairs, big built-in wardrobe, and a very nice bathroom with walk-in shower... more

The first time I stayed at Swissotel Sydney in 2007 was a bigger thrill than my most recent trip in June 2009. I was very much looking forward to staying there this trip based on my last stay, but I liked the hotel better when it was newer because it seemed cleaner. My husband and I agreed that the chairs... more

Stayed at the Swissotel Sydney for 3 nights over the Queen's B'day long weekend - got a great deal 3 nights for the price of 2. It was only for the Classic Room, but wow what a room! The room was really big, with a king bed, desk and lounge chair. And the bathroom was amazing! There was a separate... more
