We stayed at the Swissotel for 6 nights. The rooms are clean I found the bed and pillows comfortable. We were on a higher floor which provided lovely views out to the western suburbs of Sydney and glimpses of Darling Harbour. I agree with previous reviews regarding the limited wifi. The staff were friendly. The location is between Pitt Street... More

Great friendly and professional hotel in the heart of Sydney. Executive Club is a must. Great value and a hotel living up to its name. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the decor, food and linen.

Just like backpacker hostels. Disappointing for frequent business traveller who expects free wifi to be available in this class of hotel. However food quality and restaurant staff service were superb. Will definitely eat there again; but you don't need to stay there to eat.

-staff were very friendly -rooms were a bit old but were clean -lobby located on the 8th floor (a bit confusing as there is an entrance below thus if you have a meeting do make sure that they are aware about the location of the lobby -location was great right in the middle of the city near malls -wifi was... Stayed here with a few friends and the place looked and felt very classy, which was a treat. Only problem was check-in took awhile as the attendant didn't know or explain the process very well. He was quite impersonable as well, probably due to the fact that he was confused and unfamiliar with the check-in process (I paid using debit... More

My husband and I stayed here in late January for 5 nights in a room on the executive top floor. The location was wonderful for shopping and dining in the evenings. My husband was attending a conference at the Four Seasons on Circular Quay on two of the days and it was only a brisk 10 minute walk down each... More

Swissotel is the perfect CBD hotel. Location is fabulous. Just around the corner from Pitt Street Mall and Queen Victoria Building. A short walk to Darling Harbour and Hyde Park. Service was impeccable, could not fault it. Particular mention to Doorman Clifford - what an absolute gem! And Happy Hour 50% off cocktails!

Having stayed here over Christmas and not having the best stay, I thought I would give them another chance for a easter break. Positives: Room was comfortable, bathroom is nice and most staff were friendly. Location is great, right above the Myer store. Negatives: My biggest problem with this hotel is the so called benefits that you receive if you... More
