My daughter and myself stayed in late March, on arrival were given complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom apartment, staff were very friendly and helpful, location is great, train station, darling harbor and restaurants a few minutes away. Will definitely stat again.

Location of the hotel was excellent. In the middle of the CBD and near to the cafes, train stations and convenience stores. Good stay for families with young or old children. We got a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe suite :) Enjoyed the service and will definitely consider staying again if I visit Sydney in the future.

Staff that I dealt with were lovely, location is fantastic, room is nice and tidy however when it comes down to it what's really important is a good nights sleep and a nice hot shower. These apartments are spacious, modern and very clean. Perfect location if u want to b near Chinatown. Staff were friendly. Good value city accommodation. Location to Darling Harbour / Convention Centre was also good. The cafe underneath do a delicious breakfast menu and good coffee. Loved the Bircher Muesli.
