We stayed here in Nov. 2013. The hotel has great views over the harbour and out towards the ocean. We enjoyed the club lounge and many thanks to the staff especially Taylor for looking after us so well.

Meet by friendly reception and given a wonderful room on floor 30. Great views. The room was great and spacious and well looked after and very clean. Amenities in the bathroom were good with a large cake of soap plus all the usual items. The only disappointment was the breakfast with the bacon very dry, no mushrooms but a good... More

Having stayed at many Sydney hotels for either midweek or weekend getaways we have now found a second home. Excellent staff from concierge to club. Some of the best views available in Sydney from the rooftop terrace of the relaxed and classy club lounge where it is certainly possible to forget where you are. Great location within easy walking distance... More

We stayed in early March for six nights in a king deluxe room with a view of the eastern Harbour. The location is wonderful: easy walking distance to Circular Quay, the Botanic Gardens, the Art Gallery of NSW, the Rocks, and much more. The room was spacious, with an excellent bed, a restrained décor, effective motorized light-blocking window shades and... More

Nice hotel that has everything you desire (except free wifi) and it is located in the very heart of the city ;starting point for many attractive activities, shops, views and restaurants. The staff is very friendly as well! If it weren't this expensive It would defenitely be my place to stay in Sydney .

Stayed at there for one night for the opera. The service was excellent, a lot of staff, it's close to a lot of things, taxis are easy to get, the coffee was very good. Would definetly stay there again.

Check in Arrived through a narrow non-pedestrian driveway. For the size of the hotel, the lobby was small and cramped, for any hotel and certainly for a hotel this size. After waiting about 25min, I was greeted by the on duty manager (had a European accent) behind the desk. He came across at best as indifferent and seemed annoyed that... More

We stay here very often and are always very happy. The hotel has a great view over the harbour and the staff are simply the best. We enjoy the club lounge and always choose to access this as the view over the harbour is fantastic. The rooms are almost always quiet and relaxing. Super hotel!!

Fantastic location, close to Circular Quay, The Rocks , Sydney Harbour Bridge , The Opera House etc. We spent 2 nights here to enjoy a weekend to support our rugby team play away from home in Melbourne.. Arriving on an early flight at 0900hrs they had the room ready by 1100hrs despite 100% occupancy the previous night. This enabled us... More

We spent 3 nights at this delightful hotel before we joined our cruise ship for a 20 day cruise. We had booked a Club Room King and we were upgraded, being an Ambassador member, to a Harbour view room which had great views across the gardens to the harbour. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the lovely Club... More
