At the beginning of Februrary, my husband and I booked a club lounge room for an overnight stay in October. Little did we know this date was the sydney fleet review. The tariff certainly didn't suggest this and when we arrived and were told our stay would now include a catered evening in the club lounge with canapés and drinks... More

Great location. Check in was smooth and friendly. Try for a club floor access and a corner suit on the 27th floor. Club floor what a view of SYDNEY Harbour, the bridge and the opera house. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location handy to circular quay and ferries or just walk up to martin place.

I stayed here for two weeks when I moved to Sydney earlier in the year, and was incredibly surprised to see some scathing reviews on here (makes me wonder if they are genuine reviews or competitor hotels posting fake reviews?!!). My experience here was magnificent. Friendly staff who remembered my name, managers out the front working alongside staff, and a... More

It was a shame I spent six nights in wonderful city in the horrible hotel. The only two things which are positive about this place is the location and cleaness. Six nights without a working telephone, problems with the electricity, noise due to maintenance work at 8.15 am at the room above ours, letf the room at 09.00 am and... More

The location is ideal and was in easy walking distance of almost every site we wanted to see (Opera House, Botanical Gardens, museums, Mrs. Maq's chair). The room was nice / modern, had a fantastic view, great amenities (indoor rooftop pool and excellent gym). Staff were friendly and concierge very knowledgeable. Certainly not inexpensive, but I didn't feel it was... More

The hotel is difficult to fault apart from some of the food and beverage pricing. Our room, a King Deluxe, was spectacular, with incredible views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The hotel has been developed as an extension of an heritage-listed building and the lobby area has been designed to retain much of the heritage flavor and is... More

Recently stayed two nights here for business. Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. I had a city view room - however if you have the club room you can go up to the lounge on the top floor where the views of the harbour are amazing. I never dined in the evening, however did have the breakfast. I would have to... More

Wonderful rooms, brilliant views, excellent location, great staff. Top job. You can stroll from the hotel to the sydney opera house in around 15 minutes and there is plenty to do all around the hotel.

Absolutely stunning place! When you wake up in the morning with the sun rising above the Sydney bridge - can you even dream about a better view? Swimming at the hotel pool with the view of the Opera House, especially late in the evening with the performance of lights - unforgettable experience. I felt like I do not even need... More
