We chose this hotel because it was an apartment and close to the city. Arrived late at night. first room had no air conditioning and was overlooking the park, traffic noise all the time so we were moved straight away. Never ever will we stay there again. The room was hopeless. We had constant dripping taps. Wires hanging out of our bedside lamp. A broken cealing rose, with the wires exposed.
