Having read previous reviews of this hotel it was with trepidation that we arrived at the hotel. We were in Sydney for a long weekend of shopping, dining with a bit of sightseeing. Other than its superb location and if the pay the extra, its beautiful views of darling harbour, do not stay here if your looking for something comfortable. This place is in a great location admittedly but was over priced for such a shabby hotel, severe understaffing, only one lift out of three was working and the one that did had a mind of its own - took you all over the place before you got to where you were originally going.
