Great location. I arrived early and was able to check in immediately. All staff were very helpful and polite. Lovely room, very nice bathroom, with lovely products provided. Very quiet considering my room was right at the lift area. Only stayed 1 night, would definitely have liked to stay longer!

Immediately. Upon arrival, the folks at the door unloaded the taxi, and took charge of the safe delivery of our luggage to the room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She suggested that we join the executive club for the quiet area and remarkable amenities. We have been here for 5 days in association with the International World Harp... More

One of Sydney's top hotels in my experience. Well located at the Rocks end of the CBD, the Four Seasons is a great business and holiday hotel. The staff, facilities and rooms are modern, well appointed and spacious. Do try out the Executive Club if you have the inclination as it a great retreat for for business traveller. A luxury... More

We stated at this wonderful hotel for 2 nights over the June long weekend and we hada lovely time. From the moment you stepped up to the front desk to check in until we left, the staff were friendly and welcoming. A slight glitch at check in was remedied quickly and followed up with a lovely box of chocolates from... More

We celebrated our third anniversary in Sydney and the hotel did not disappoint. They allowed us to check in about five hours early, which is common practice if the room is available, but greatly appreciated nonetheless. We had a full harbour view room which offered an amazing view of the harbour, bridge and opera house. The room was spacious and... More

We recently stayed two nights at the Four Seasons as a special treat after a hard year. From the moment we drove in to the time we left the service was outstanding. In a great location for views, restaurants around the Quay and Rocks I would highly recommend this hotel. The room has a wonderful view of the harbour, was... More

I have Celiac Disease and have to maintain a strict gluten free diet, and the chef and staff at the restaurant here were the most reassuring staff I’ve come across in a hotel. He went 10 extra miles to ensure I would have safe and delicious food. I was in contact with him before arriving, and when I arrived I... More

I spent 3 nights at The Four Seasons. The hotel is immaculate- a large foyer and mezzanine level with various places to lounge. Service was very good. The room was larger than expected and had great views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. We had dinner at the restaurant which was better than expected- delicious. I would say though,... More

I usually stay at another hotel when visiting on business. The staff at reception were excellent and picked up on this when I was checking in. When returning from my meal at the excellent lobby restaurant, there was a personal welcoming note from the GM and a tray of treats. I appreciate genuine service like this. Room was large and... Great location with good views in any direction. Very convenient for entry and exit from the city being very close to the Harbour Bridge. Nice tidy rooms although the standard rooms are quite small, but all have a desk and chair etc Soaps are good.
