This review is particularly relevant for SPG platinum members. In May, I stayed at the Four Points, Sheraton, and Westin in Sydney. I was upgraded to a suite at each of the hotels. The Four Points is the worst of the three, but is cheaper generally too so is good value. My biggest complaint about the Four Points is that... more

LOCATION: Ok location. A 15 minute walk to Circular Quay. Good location for the price paid. However, I would have preferred to stay closer to Circular Quay or the Rocks. ROOM: Adequate size. No frills. STAFF: Staff was generally friendly and kind. Front desk was a little difficult in getting us a decent room. HOTEL: Average hotel. Good value for... more

Stayed for four nights as part of a short trip to visit family. We originally had a city side room booked but on a arrival were up graded to harbourside view - absolutely wonderful - couldn't believe our luck! The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting all that Sydney has to offer and we particularly liked the ease of getting... more

The Four Points Sheraton is a great place to stay. They were quite accommodating even though my flight was delayed by a day. When I checked in, I found that my phone charger wouldn't work, and they lent me one for use while I stayed there. The breakfast buffet is also really good. The hotel is in a great location.... more

What can I say but Four Points went all out for my mothers 60th birthday on Saturday night. We booked 2 rooms, was expecting to get cityview rooms, got upgraded to Harbour view rooms. Being a Starwood Preferred guest this didn't even cost me any points. Checked in, rested, then on Saturday night had dinner at the Corn Exchange, did... more

My partner and I recently spent 3 nights at the Four Points Sheraton and had a great time. We had booked a city view room, but on checking in, we were surprised to find that we had being upgraded to a harbour view room and our weekend just got better from there. On reflection, we have both decided that next... more

I'm amazed by the organisation in the hotel. It was excellent. And they checked us in 5 hours before the official check in time! The room was nice and specious, but the most important was the bed - it was absolutely fabulous. I had a great sleep there. The only minus I could find was that the windows couldn't open.... more

There is a small cafe outside the hotel that offers some great food and wine. I sat there with my wife just after a rain shower and it remains a very memorable eveing... more

Stayed here while on my honeymoon over the New years eve. This hotel is all about its location - bang on the Darling Harbor and walking distance from attractions like the Sea World, the Observation deck, shopping area, etc.Other sightseeing attractions, though a little far off are very well connected from Darling Harbor. From the Sydney harbor u can come... more
