On a whole 4 points by sheraton was rather average. It has a grand entrance with average rooms with very average bathrooms. I found our road facing room very noisy. We stayed here on the weekend for a work function. What a dive! The rooms were old and tired looking, with the funiture all chipped and paint peeling off. There was pubic hair in our bath tub! And our towels stank of cigarettes. One of my colleagues rooms still had a half drunk bottle of wine and two dirty glasses... more

The Four Points Sheraton is a great place to stay. They were quite accommodating even though my flight was delayed by a day. When I checked in, I found that my phone charger wouldn't work, and they lent me one for use while I stayed there. The breakfast buffet is also really good. The hotel is in a great location.... more

This has be one of the best hotels in sydney for location, staff and quality. I stayed here twice over the course of two weeks. The location in Darling Harbour is very convenient. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and tourist spots within easy walking distance. My room during my first visit was a reasonable size King facing the harbour. However, for my second visit I got a very small size king room where I was pretty cramped.... more
