We were double charged for our room service ( at check out the desk clerk was adamant the initial credit card transaction had failed and insisted on processing it again). Fabulous hotel and splendid location, views are unsurpassed. Recently stayed in a Harbour view room and were up at dawn to see a cruise ship sailing down the Harbour with a bbeautiful sunrise in the background.
