I stayed with a friend of mine for three nights in May, 2009. We had booked a Deluxe Water View Room. Upon checkin (at 7:30AM) we were told our room was ready and was upgraded to an Opera View...excellent! Lived in Sydney for 40 years and this is by far the best CBD hotel we have stayed in. We stayed in the Executive Grand Harbour suite and it was the nicest Sydney accomodation we have ever used (and we have used a few). The staff, food, accomodation were outstanding. more
