The hotel is very well located close to Circular Quay. The hotel is a little tired but some of the rooms appear to have been renovated. Sydney hotels are expensive and I seems fair compared to others. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly

Stayed two nights here on the seventh floor in a deluxe city view room. Spotlessly clean, the rooms and bathrooms completely renovated in last 2 years. Nice and quite. Staff were polite and helpful. Location right in the city near Circular Quay and easy walking to loads of bars and restaurants. Bed, nice and comfortable.
