Only 2 towels left for 3 people, son could not bath as plug didn't fit in the plug hole, no mattress protector on sofa bed, only 1 spare pillow for extra guests, hot breakfast was terrible - would/could not eat it, very noisy, service was terrible - no warm friendly greetings at any time. more

The room was average with an odd bathroom. The glass shower door didn't have a enough room to open properly and I could have shattered it by being careless ; safety hazard there.
