You pay for what you get. Clean and neat rooms. Comfortable when we were only there to sleep - All you need when only staying 2 nights - very close to transport and all staff a pleasure to deal with. Would stay again as location was very convenient.

I recently booked my elderly disabled mother in law at your hotel using some of my qantas frequent flyer points. When shel arrived at the hotel with her grand daughter/carer for a nights visit to Sydney she was informed there was no booking! She showed them the booking printout and was made to wait (hungry and tired) for one and... More

It was close to the train station - just opposite the street. It was central just a couple of stops away from Circular Quay. The hotel was nice and clean. Mind you it gets very busy during the night as its location makes part of the nightlife area.
