This hotel is on the 'fringe' of the Kings Cross area so can suffer a little from the residual noise. Nicely tefurbished in 2014 it is walking distance from the underground train station at Kings Cross. Small but well equipped bathroom, good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful, even providing an iphone adapter which was... More

Great value hotel in an up and coming area. Hotel is clean, tidy and modern. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Kings cross is a good location for exploring Sydney, however the area does have a view undesirables walking around. You will struggle to find a better value hotel I'm Sydney.

This hotel needs to re look at their star rating because it defiantly isn't 4 star. The "boutique hotel" is in a good location yes the rooms facing bayswater road are a little noisy on the weekend but not unbearable but the thing that got me was the size of our "deluxe king" this was undoubtedly the smallest hotel room... This hotel is not by any means the plushest hotel in Sydney but it is clean, comfortable and in a good location. To many people, ourselves included, the four star rating is a bit strange. This is very much a 'Lodge' type of hotel. The rooms are decent enough but there is nothing to the hotel besides these. No bar,... More

Stayed here for 6 nights over new year. Hotel is easily accessible from the airport taking the airport train changing at Central transferring to platform 24 and alighting at Kings Cross (head for Darlinghurst exit, right out of the station first left –takes about 3 minutes from the station). Around $18pp. Hotel partakes in a return shuttle service available for... More

Overall, a good stay. Pros: - convenient location: easy to get to the harbor, CBD and nearby suburbs by walking or public transportation - friendly staff - clean rooms - shares kitchen area in case you want to make tea/coffee Cons: - street noise - loud guests: this may just be around the holidays, but there was a lot of... While the location was convenient, the room was very small. The carpet and other appointments were worn but the bed was decent. There was a good TV but few channels and free WiFi. The air conditioner worked well and the staff was friendly and helpful!

King's Cross station is just around the corner and walking to Circular Quay takes about 40 minutes from here. The room was clean and quiet. Next door there is a little hole in the wall cafe for quick brekkie.

A small hotel located in the Cross so there was the usual background and street noises which were not too intrusive but evident. The room was a double but there really was limited space and provided a bit of a challenge getting our two large suitacasess, etc in. Despite this, it is well priced for what it offers it being... Hotel was very affordable (with free internet), located in one of Sydney's more colorful areas - Kings Cross. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The lobby, although small, has a nice sitting area, free coffee and cookies, and access to a couple of internet terminals. The hotel is close one of Sydney's hop-on hop-off bus stops and the Kings Cross... More
