Basic hotel with good location. Area was full of bars and partying people. Metro station is couple min walk away from hotel and it is not a big deal to walk central(opera house etc..). Only bad thing was screaming bird which woke us up every morning..

This place is great value, had a second stay and just as good. Staff are so nice. The rooms are clean and bathrooms good. Beds comfortable. The location is good. If I was staying on a weekend I'd ask to be away from the road, but it's ok weeknights. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, I like Panhandlebar and Mad Pizza.... More

This is our second visit to the Bayswater at Potts Pt. We find it centrally located, comfortable clean and most important, we fel welcome...Ken on the reception desk is friendly helpful and pleasant. Its very economical and Ken gave us a great room. Admittedly it doesn't have sweeping harbour views or valet parking or any of that stuff you don't... More

We booked for 7 nights in King Deluxe room and i would say its value for money accommodation. Our initial thought when we booked the hotel was if it's safe for ladies, being the location at King Cross area. We felt safe. In my opinion, the hotel located in a less crowded spot and in a good transportation area. The... More

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights (May 8 to 15), it is literally 2 mins away from Kings Cross Station. Beside the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and there's a Coles (supermarket) about 30 seconds walk. We got a room at the top floor because we wanted peace while sleeping. The area is a red light district... More

Room was OK for the price. Fairly small but room size was noted before booking. Main issue was the noise from the numerous leaks and overflows outside the hotel (it was not raining either) I had 2 nights of interrupted sleep. Gym was very local - (24 hours) and had good facilities (Anytime Fitness)

The hotel is located just by the Kings Cross train station and if you are fond of walking, the distance to the Darling Harbour, Hyde Park or the Circular Quay is not overwhelming. There are many backpacker hostels and small restaurants nearby + Coles supermarket, which is open until midnight. The hotel is OK, considering the reasonable price, but definitely... More

I booked a King Deluxe room online and got a very good rate. The hotel is conveniently located. I took the airport train to King Cross station and from there it was no more than 5 minutes walk to the hotel. There are also buses right in front of the hotel that would take you to the Circular Quay where... More

The hotel is just a short walking distance away from Kings Cross train station and Kings Cross street itself. Lots of food places nearby. Rooms are really small, suitable for one or two people maximum. Very clean and the receptionists are really friendly and approachable. I would stay here again, for sure.

We stayed at this hotel for one night over the long weekend ( Queens B'day) for a friend's wedding which was near by in Point Piper. We booked due to it's convenient location - as it's right in the middle of Kings Cross/Potts Point, HOWEVER - it's right on the main street, where everyone congregates at night. We arrived at...
