Upon arrival we had to pay a 300.00 bond which would be credited to our card within 7 to 10 days. Could not use kitchen facilities due to fire alarms. Needs a total overall. We have taken photos as we thought the bond request was a bit dodgy. Washing machine went through cycle and wouldn't spin clothes

We stayed here for one night because it was a few dollars cheaper than Novotel or Ibis. The location was great but we had no hot water for showers or no air. Reception was closed and not able to contact after hours for help! The lounge to sit on was a pull out sofa and terribly uncomfortable to sit. The... More

I asked for queen beds and was assured the room had 1 queen and 1 double - all rooms have doubles only. Furniture is very old. Great location but the staff don't know are care about their guests. Only 4 parking spaces available, so get in early if you want one.

This building offers two bedroom apartments - one bedroom has a small en-suite with a shower, and there's a separate bathroom. Decent living room area and a small kitchen. There's air conditioning - this was effective in the bedrooms and average in the living area. It's not luxurious but it was clean and the staff were helpful. The lift did... More

I would not stay at this hotel again, nothing worked properly, broken washing machine, and dishwasher, the shower was luke warm at best for the whole 3 days we stayed. The whole place needed a good clean and a paint job wouldn't hurt, the staff were friendly had no complaint with them at all.
