We were looking for 2 bedroom apartment for 3N 4D Sydney family trip. The apartment had an elite look with centralised heating. One Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Utensils and kitchen ware were sufficiently provided, laundry - washing machine and dryer provided. Most of all, the view from drawing room was excellent, our apartment was facing Harbour bridge and Circular Quay.... More

I was working in Sydney for about 3 months and was set up with an apartment here. It was fine for a few days however the washer/dryer combo did not work. They came to fix it, said it was fixed but it still didn't work. The heat was also not working and the management came several times to fix it... More

We looked at many options to stay for a short family break in Sydney & I have to say I was a little bit dubious about this having read other reviews. What sold us was the value for money & the location which is fabulous - a very short stroll to Circular Quay to access ferries & the opera house... More

We (two couples) stayed here for 4 nights over New Year. We both booked One bedroomed apartments and were given rooms on the 15th and 16th floors. Ours (1609) was dark, tired and badly in need of a renovation, our friends scored the newer room (1511) which was light, bright and airy. The kitchen crockery/utensils were also completely different Ours... More

The apartments are very clean and include a small kitchen, washer and dryer. You cannot beat the location and the price. These apartments are located right in the middle of everything you want to see in Sydney. Everything is within walking distance from the apartments. Circular Quay is a 5 minute walk and the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge... More

I booked to stay at these apartments for a 2-night conference. I am in a wheelchair, and I knew they did not have "official" accessible rooms, but all I need are a lift, no steps at the entrance, and a plastic chair in the shower. I booked online, and requested I either have a room with a shower over the... More

We stayed here for two nights and were very impressed. Of course, it could have been improved (perhaps with side tables and a clock radio) but overall it was very good indeed. And the staff were very helpful with a late checkout and looking after our luggage. We'll be back.

This is THE WORST experience I have ever had on a short holiday with friends. I thought I had stayed in some of the worst dives in Australia, but "AEA Apartments" takes the prize. I traveled interstate with 3 other friends, we had booked a family room. Two friends arrived earlier in the day and checked in with the man... More

No one at Reception. Had to repeatedly call number on display for assistance to get someone. Room wasn't particularly clean. Stayed in apartment just above the shop, which was noisy. This is a Residential Property, not a Hotel. Residents are very angry when people book into this property so be prepared for challenges. Apparently there was a series of articles... More

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for a week for Vivid 2014 as we had a busy week of activities in and around Vivid planned. The apartments are in a fantastic location if you want to be based around the Circular Quay end of Sydney. To our delight, Custome House was at the end of Loftus St - two... More
