Its Ibis and perhaps not as flash as its Melbourne counterpart, but location was great and staff went out of their way to make it a rewarding stay. Top effort. Would recommendit to anyone in transit or for longer stays.

this modern ibis is in a great location.excellent value for money.we had some luggage problems and steve and his team went out of there way to be helpful.it was much apprieciated. the new style rooms are a big improvement

Besides my hotel room in Hong Kong, this could be the smallest room I've stayed in and certainly the smallest room I've stayed in Sydney. The rooms felt small as a single traveler so I can't imagine how on earth couples or even families stay here. I understand they have bigger rooms but not sure if it's worth the price.... More

Check-in was an absolute pleasure - fast and personal service by friendly staff. Rooms are compact but suited our itinerary of just providing a place to chill, have a coffee and sleep. Room was very small but was ideal for a couple of nights stay. Walked with our bags to the ship terminal so was very close and handy. Milan was very helpful at the front desk and made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was buffet style and was very nice.

The hotel rooms are quite small but they were clean and tidy. Double glazing in the Sydney CBD was a bonus. Great location for Darling Harbour access. Good value for money. Staff were helpful but I did not need to interact with them so can't really comment on service level.

Stayed overnight May 2013, room very clean, staff fruendly, brekky little overpriced but nice. Good location, some great restaurants and bars overlooking the water close by with great happy hour deals. Bottle shop also located on next block. Still suprises me a lot of restaurants dont supply wine glasses including this one, so I take my own,

We stayed at the Ibis in early May 2013, our room was very clean, good location only 1.5km walk from the city and close to bars and restaurants. The staff were pleasant, buffet breakfast ($22 a head) looked quite ordinary so we took a short walk to the harbour for a big breakfast for $13 each!
