I recently stayed at this hotel for one night as I was attending a concert at the State Theatre. The room was on the smaller side but perfectly clean and adequate for my needs. I was on the quiet side of the hotel and there was no traffic noise. The hotel is a short walk to Darling Harbour and a... More

I stayed here on business for 4 nights. I had heard colleagues in my company complaining about being put up in this location when other usual options are full, or if our employer was looking to get us budget accommodation in Sydney. I said what could possibly be that bad about staying here! Everything they were not happy with, in... More

I stayed here in March for business, as other hotels in Sydney were fully booked. And no, I wouldn't stay here again. I think it would be fine for a single night stopover, but not for business and not for more than a couple of days. The rooms are small, the floors don't have carpet and the walls are thin,... More

In Sydney on business and the hotel was chosen for me. I arrived on Sunday evening and had to wait about 10 mins for someone to appear at Reception - there was no bell or phone to summon anyone. Other than that the staff were good. The hotel appears somewhat run-down, creaky lifts and worn surfaces etc. The room was... More

Whenever I'm on business in Sydney, this is my hotel of choice. Very convenient to my needs. The staff are all outstanding, rooms are clean and comfortable albeit small. The i Bistro serves a tasty filling breakfast. Overnight parking is available. Where the hotel lacks in some facilities like restaurants, gym, pools that you will find on more upmarket locations,... This hotel was in an ideal location for visiting Sydney. Just a short walk from Darling Harbour and was clean, comfortable but a little short on space. The staff were friendly and helpful. A brilliant little coffee shop just down the street. Not ideal for a long stay but perfect for a city break.
