I stayed at Quest World Square for 3 nights on a business trip. The cleanliness of the hotel, or lack thereof, is absolutely atrocious. Upon arriving, I found the toilet seat dirty, and stained. I told the reception staff, and luckily this was cleaned up properly. But still, bad impression. Then on the second night, I found huge blotches of... more

I asked concierge to help me book Taxi. The Taxi driver asked me for high booking fee and gave me a fake receipt. Then the taxi company couldn't find the driver. more

We stayed at the Quest World Square for 3 nights in July. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which was actually 2 x 1 bedroom apartments interconnecting, therefore the accomodation was extremely spacious. The rooms were fully self contained, clean & serviced daily. Everything you need is there, and there is a coles supermarket accross the road. Across the road... more

If I wasn't disabled, I would probably award this property four out of five (it would definitely lose a point for the stone cold "heated" pool peppered with cigarette butts and the pool shower that didn't work at all) however, I am writing as a Person with Multiple Sclerosis (PwMS) and am reviewing one of Quest World Square's two "physically... more

This serviced apartment is located on the edge of Chinatown and across the street from an office building with stores and a food court. It is very urban. It is close to public transportation and the new, free city bus. But it does not feel like a neighborhood (unless you like the ambience of the Irish pub down the block).... more

I could not flaw this service apartment. It is less than a year old, located in central Sydney. It's 5 minutes walk to Town Hall or Chinatown. The interior are exactly what you would expect in a service apartment: white walls with minimal decoration. It has a nice balcony and good air conditioning. The rate of this hotel can vary... more

We arrived from Melbourne for Mardi Gra weekend as a few very excited young ladies, costumes, false eyelashes and angel wings at the ready; that was until our first night’s sleep. We booked a one bedroom apartment and paid extra to use the 'fold out bed'. If you need the extra bedding don't bother booking this apartment, I very strongly... more

This is a brand new (opened November 2008) serviced apartment hotel, a pedestrian crossing away from the large World Square complex in Goulburn Street, Sydney. We had a one bedroom apartment, which included a separate King sized bedroom area and full kitchen facilties in an open plan dining room/lounge area. There was an accessible balcony which looked out onto the... more

When I phoned to enquire about Quest World Sqaure I said that we normally stay at the Fraser Suites and asked how it compared and was told "it is better that the Fraser Suites" so my expectations were high..... It is nothing like the Fraser Suites! ....also the name is misleading as it is not actually situated on World Square....... more
