Paid $220 per night and it was like stay at a hostel. We had to forfeit our payment because there is no way we could stay at this 'hostel'. We didn't need anything fancy but the beds were horrendous and you practically had to sit on the toilet to be able to close the bathroom door.

It was quite late when we arrived Sydney. Took the train and reached King Cross station. Didn't know whether we should take the left or the right turn. Walked for about 10 minutes and finally found the hotel. Luckily when we arrived, the host is still there and got us to the room. It was located at the so called... More

This was the 2nd of 4 hotels i stayed in after returning to syd from a long o/s trip whilst looking for an apartment. I rate it highly. It is incredibly inexpensive (i got a 7 day deal for 480 on booking.com), very flexible with baggage before and after (when i checked out i was told i could leave my... More

Large room on the ground floor. Very cheap which is great on a budget. The problem came when; on check in credit card details were taken to hold $200 that would be charged in case of any possible incidental damages etc. No keys were lost and there were no damages. It took 11 days for $140 to be returned to... More

Trying to stay on a budget is insanely challenging in Sydney and this is all I could afford without staying in a backpackers. It was actually ok but not for people who like a really nice cushy bed and crisp linens. We needed two singles or double beds but they only had a double and sofa bed, so I ended... More

Nice personnel, average accommodation: our room was fine, the one our friends had was mouldy smelling. Good location, at walking distance from the Sydney city centre (1 km from Botanical garden, 1,5 from City centre). Shops and restaurants are at the street - you can choose fast food or something else.

It is really old, but it was cheap and location ideal for us. They really helped us with an application for a flat, printing stuff, giving advice, and gave us a reference for the landlord. Thanks heaps!

Cheap place to stay for a quick one night trip.Good size room, is old though, only issue was I called a week before to confirm my booking and spoke with a very friendly lady, I asked about the deposits on the room as there were 14 of us staying, and asked if i could put a cash bond instead of... Old building which is falling apart, lots of cockroaches, very noisy when Kings Cross patrons stay (which is often!), Sally is a shockingly bad manager; lazy, rude, causes problems and makes mountains out of molehills. Sheets were clean (thank good) but the horrid cheap throws on the beds were disgusting. Bathrooms were pretty clean (you can tell by the overwhelming... More

Worst place EVERRRR. I have stayed at hostels that had better service and rooms. It's smell awful like a dead peopl are living inside. The rooms have stains all over. But I'm more disgusted the way I had been spoken to. The blonde hair lady Sally who sits outside most of the night smoking and drinking and telling ppl off... More
