This place is good average. We could see pride is taken in cleanliness both in the unit we occupied and around the pool. The furnishings are very old but acceptable. The lounge room seats were really uncomfortable. This was a one night stop over and served that purpose well for my family. The best way to describe it would be... More

Looking at the other reviews I'm quite surprised, we must have had one of the better rooms. When we checked in there was no one there, just a sign to ring the bell. The night mananger who came down was lovely and helpful. The room was up a flight and a half of stairs, which was no problem for us.... More

You have been warned. This has been downgraded to an Econo lodge. I should have read other reviews first. The reception was locked and attention had to be gained by using a bell even though the managers? were the other side of the glass, The rooms are outdated and the bathroom unacceptable. The room was horrible. Youths were hanging out... More

Rooms are terrible and glad we were only there one night! Needs some serious work doing to it to bring it up to standard! Not the best location either and looks quite run down compared to other areas. The staff are so nice and friendly and the pool is great but that is all this hotel has going for it!... More

We stayed here for one night, a stop over on our way back to Sydney from Brisbane. Receptionist was friendly. During the night there were loud people walking through the hotel and we had to shut our windows as they were stopping infront of our room and smoking. The room was old and outdated as the sign on the front... More

Recently changed its name to the Econolodge and it's not hard to see why. Although there were nicer places to stay with lower prices, this place somehow got itself on some lists for corporate accomodation. On the way to the hotel, the taxi driver mentioned that this wasn't a very nice part of town and the hotel was frequented by... More

Rooms have recently been renovated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean, tidy and great value for money. Pool is kept really clean and is a very nice size. The motel is set back off the road and is quiet and has little to no noise from the traffic. Close to the plaza shopping centre and just a... More

We've stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was a nightmare. The rooms are not clean, dirty floors, bathroom and table tops. Dirty towels, e.g. hair and stains. There is nowhere is stated that towels are only refreshed every two days, also the rooms are only cleaned every two days. It is particularly regrettable in comparison with the... More

This is one of the cheaper motels in Coffs and is generally good value for money. It was clean and comfortable although there was some mould in the corners of the shower. As with a lot of country motels if your room is to the end of a block you have to wait a while for the hot water to... More
