This is a unique place in so many ways. Yes, the very busy Pacific Highway skirts the western side of the park and there is traffic noise. The balance of the perimeter is Coffs Creek were there is a beautiful stand of gum trees that stand sentinel to the meanderings of the water. For many years campers at the park... More

Stayed 2 nights powered site $49 for 2 a, 2 k. I thought this was reasonable as we weren't at the more expensive beach side parks. It suited us and was a good base for everything. Amenities clean, grounds well looked after.

We pre-booked a powered camping site for 4 nights and had to pay the whole price when we got there. Already the first night was terrible noisy due to the park is RIGHT NEXT TO the highway. After the second night with only 3 hours sleep because of the noise, we decided to move somewhere else and checked out 2... More

I stayed here on my way from Brisbane to dubbo (also stopped off at other places) we had to return for an emergency and asked to move our booking forward a day which was ok but they refused to do a late check in! When I had already paid! No other places would take a booking. I had to stay... More

Myself and my son spent one night here to break up our trip home to the Gold Coast. After having car troubles along the way and feeling quite distressed, Sue (manager) went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel relaxed, and accommodate the changes needed to be put in place to ensure our safe return home.... We had the pleasure of staying here when we first moved to Coffs Harbour. The facilities are great and Col & Sue (the managers) could not have been more helpful. Lovely clean cabins, laundry facilities on site and the games room and bbq areas are set up wonderfully. Highly recommended

This park is divided into two parts, and as we are travelling with our dog , we were on the showgrounds side of this caravan park, and at night they locked the gate, between the two parks, so we had no access to the other side, which seems strange... we were told it was because if a dog broke loose... We stayed in a standard cabin for 1 night. Cabin was clean and adequate for our stay. We booked with Colin who was helpful and polite. Our cabin was close to thehighway and there was some noise but not enough to worry us.

We didn't get to stay at this caravan park but we were booked to stay a night on our way through to Surfers Paradise. We were phoned by a lovely lady and told us we could not get through to Coffs Harbour because of the floods and said she would cancel our booking. Thank you to the lady who rang,... More
