I have been coming to Coffs Harbour on holidays for the past eight years. I came across Aquavilla by accident and now would not stay anywhere else. The managers set the standard for customer service; nothing is too much trouble. They personally do airport runs, advise me on local attractions/eateries and have even invited me to a BBQ in the... When we got here the reception greeted us with a smile. Rooms clean and well presented. Well equipped with washing machine, oven, stove etc. We needed to use the washing machine and reception gave us the washing powder for free. Would highly recommend.

Stayed one night and that was well and truly enough. Old and not real clean floor not vacuumed at all. The kids beds very uncomfortable and bathroom least clean of all. Would stay elsewhere on way home.

A reasonable, convenient place to stay if you're in Coffs for a short stay. The townhouse was very clean, it's close to everything, and was good for us. The kitchen was very basic but had everything you would need except maybe a dishwasher. Free wifi was good for the kids too.

Stayed here 4 times previously and always enjoy the location near the beaches and across the road from large shopping centre. Ideal for families if you get one of the 2 story villas. Rooms at the rear are fairly basic but still ok.

Nicely appointed 1 bedroom ground floor unit close to shops, and away from the constant noisy drone of trucks. Lovely garden setting, plenty of parking, helpful service and disabled friendly. A great destination for a business trip.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in July 2014, we thought that the garden villa that we stayed in was OK and had recently renovated. (No.9) It had everything that we needed plus some that we didn't use like the free Wi-Fi, pool and games room. All the staff that we spoke to were very friendly and... More

What a con??? Used all my frequent flyer points for this dump!! "Garden Villa" ....what a joke. It was a converted garage. Sure the room was big. Nice open plan lounge/kitchenette but you had to walk through the laundry to get to the bedroom. This was actually a family room ( there was only two of us). Obviously hadnt been... More
