Essentially a nice apartment hotel. However, when you get past superficial appearances and encounter the largely unhelpful reception staff, the hotel becomes nothing more than average. Stayed here for a conference. Had a room overlooking a side street so no problems with the traffic on Northbourne. Stayed over Australian winter and had no problem with the lack of centralised heating in the bedrooms. We simply asked for extra blankets.
