4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

Spent only one night at this Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The interesting design makes a real point of difference from most other bland offerings. The staff were friendly and professional. We had 2 double rooms & had a problem with one of the doors not closing properly but this was fixed immediately. Our room was spacious, clean and... More

This relatively new hotel is well located but more importantly features a most innovative design. The bedrooms and access halls feature a range of materials and attention to design details down to the water carafe. So too do the public areas. The dining area is most interesting in its layout allowing for table sharing as well as smaller settings. And... More

A great place for drinks, although a little expensive and the table service is slow. Food is good with interesting, modern choices but the service is cold. Worth a visit for the excellent design and fit out.

Monster has great food and wine, and the wait staff are very pleasant, but there is clearly a problem with their systems: food and wine is ordered but whether it arrives without follow up seems to a complete lottery. We've been here for a few hours now, have ordered several dishes and bottles of wine, but their timely delivery has... More

Unusual hotel. Indoor courtyard room was relaxing. Great to park underneath and access hotel directly. Palace Theatre in same building is handy. Good coffee service in the afternoon. Unbelievably slow breakfast service at 9.00 am on a weekday despite there being very few people there. A shame because it is a nice space. The juice was delivered twenty minutes after... More

This, one year old hotel, is one of the most ridiculous I have stayed in for some time (and I stay in a lot of hotels). The hotel is one of those boutique ones you either love or hate. I didn’t love it. Not that I didn’t appreciate the rather strange décor of the unfinished plastering on the walls or... More

Hello I’m very sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. In relation to your comment about form over function… We actually go through an intense process of prototyping and testing for everything at the hotel to make sure that it is functional as well as fitting in with our aesthetic. It sounds like you were in... More

The bar at Hotel Hotel is situated on the otherside of London Circuit, and is away from the general night life near East Row. Sad to say I wouldn't recommend this place - looks nice but very ordinary experience. Having made the effort to get there for a few drinks on a Friday night, I found the service to again... More

Very funky hip hotel. Service was good, there is also restaurant downstairs. I was told I received a room upgrade but the room was still on the small side & felt a little like a concrete bunker - maybe I got upgraded from a match box to a shoe box however the room was very well equipped and well decorated.... Stayed one night at Hotel,Hotel in New Acton just for change (I usually stay at the East Hotel or the Canberra Hyatt). The building itself is worth a visit with its use of reclaimed and recycled materials and energy saving features. It is none-the-less very attractive and comfortable. The rooms were of a very high quality, well equipped and comfortable.... More

Hello, thank you for your lovely review. I just wanted to let you know (for next time, hopefully!), just in case you didn’t find them on your first stay that there are a few very good dining options within the NewActon precinct itself. A. Baker is just across the road (but inside another building) and the restaurant is open on... More

We were recommended to try Hotel Hotel & we're glad we did. We found it very quirky but it won't suit a more traditional guest. There was a music festival in the foyer when we arrived late Sunday but it ended soon after. The room was very comfortable but a weird shape. Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was excellent despite... More
