This reflects our honest experience, and take no pleasure in leaving negative feedback. I appreciate and understand the staff and mangers may have changed since our stay with this hotel, as We stayed here a few years ago. We had booked a family suite for our anniversary for the weekend through the internet. Reception area seemed quiet nice, and welcoming,... More

Dear trac62, The person on duty moved you to another room, he went up later and checked the room and spray and wiped out the fridge, but he did not discover and hair in the fridge. He sold the room that your complained about to another couple that night as a walk-in. By the way they loved the room. You... More

I have lived there for one night on 18th of February. The room was cleaned with most of the modern facilities. But unfortunately there were some laundry left from the previous visitor. They have limited parking and we needed to park our car opposite to the hotel at a paid parking. There is a restaurant at downstairs but very expensive.... More

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were lovely and very clean and comfortable, beds were so comfy and plenty of pillows. Our little kitchenette was ideal. The staff were just lovely and the young girl in the restaurant was such a sweetie. The only thing was the food was not so good. I hate to say... More

We stayed recently in Jan for 4 days. We did not get any helpful service our entire stay. Although in the write up online our room did not have a hair dryer. When I rang reception I was told there were no hair dryers in the rooms or at the reception, they couldn't help. After checking with fellow guests, they... More

Dear Rsvon, All of our great value rooms have hair dryers in them, and they are not chained to the wall, and they good quality (Sunbeam or Remington) well let's guess why your room did not have hair dryer in it, they get stolen, but we have a storeroom with spares. What's that saying again: "If you do not have... More

Bit of a rip-off considering that you pay $125 a night to stay here. Nice sized apartment however these were the following things I found to be unappealing about the place: - There was mould in the bathroom under the grout near the shower - gross! - The light on top of the stove and one of the bed lights... The hotel is well situated within walking distance of many eating places and shops, and a short drive from the parliamentary precinct. Unfortunately the adjacent building site woke us very early, and we probably would have enjoyed our stay more if situated on the other side of the building. The older style room was a bit cramped for 3 adults... More

Reasonably clean and quite. The car parking is a disaster! Had to park on the street 2 out of 3 nights! Rooms need a good clean, full of dust. Beds were comfortable and a handy location. Ok for a short stay, but the family studio was very cramped for space.

Booked a 1 bedroom spa apartment for 4 a- multi generational- and it was ok for 1 night but would not be suitable for much longer. The separate bedroom was a good size with TV but the bed was quite soft. The blanket had holes in it. The other beds were pull down from the wall and once down left... More

Really noisy on a busy intersection. Forget about sleeping in. Limited car parking which is not very wide. Yep it's a $125/night room, you get what you pay for. No heating, I'm glad we were not here in winter. Central to city is about the only attraction here.

We booked a family room at this hotel after seeing photos on Booking.com which made the room look spacious enough for a family of 5. When we got to the room we found it to be very badly laid out and now has an extra fridge which means only 2 people can be seated at the table stuffed in the... More
