The spa and room were average and I guess you could say adequate but not modern by motel standards, The reception staff were average at best. The meal both dinner and breakfast were also very average and overpriced if you break down the $299 charge for a 3 course meal and buffet breakfast. The evening 3 course meal was nothing... More

A 10 minute walk into central Canberra, whilst this Hotel is "tired" the room was comfortable with a kitchenette. The blankets from the wardrobe required a wash (as my Asthma flared up), I believe the cleaners (who do a good job) require more time to clean to a better standard (grubby marks on bathroom door, bedhead and mirrors needed a... Dear Sndoaljrpwf, I do not think you need legal aid, you need help. You left two bags containing your belongings, we rang your daughter and informed her that you/she have left two bags with your belongings in them. We rang every couple of days and no answer from your daughter's phone. The number we had on file. We are not... More

We stayed in the Capitol executive apartments with our 2 children. The room was very clean, comfortable and the beds were very good: the main bed was better than some of the top hotels I've stayed in and the wooden bunk the kids had was very sturdy and made no noise when the child in the top climbed down (many... It's been a while since I stayed at the Capital Executive Apartments but it was just as comfortable as I remember. The general decor of the hotel is not 'fancy' ... It is looking a little worn ... But the rooms are a generous size. The TV was a good size with all free to air channels and a selection... More

Don't stay here. It is horrible. Walls are as thin as paper between rooms. They take a manual imprint of your credit card with the amount left blank and won't change this under any circumstances. If this got into the wrong hands you could lose every cent from your credit card and you would not be covered by your bank.... More

My wife booked this place recently, she commented that the price was good and it sounded ok. Well, we should have checked TripAdvisor. I have never bothered to review a hotel before, but this disgusting dump has convinced me to share our experience. Firstly, the staff are utterly rude and look as if they might have recently been released from... More

Dear Michael L, The staff have been here at CEA for a long time and are thought of highly by all of our regular customers and our new customers as well. The furniture in our rooms has just been re-sanded, re-sprayed and re-lacquered, the timber furniture is solid ash. As I have said in the past, we here at the... More

The staff are great. Happy to assist with anything. Flexible and reasonably priced. It's close to restaurants, bars and shops in the glamorous civic centre. Clean and friendly After a 3 month backpacking adventure, this hotel is a luxury I can afford before I go back to real life. Thanks chea. You made my week.
