A very good location easy walking distance into town and close to the major tourist spots. On arrival the staff seemed very busy lots of children in main areas, Room was in good spot but too many children noisy running about could even hear in our room. Room was beautiful and spacious lovely outlook

Very unhelpful man at the front desk who could not be bothered to look up from his iPad to greet us. A queue quickly formed and he just went away and left a very ill equipped woman to handle a lobby full of guests. Dirty, stains on the doona, smelly, rude, I could go on. This building needs to be... My family and I had to make a quick trip up to Canberra from the coast for an important birthday celebration on this past weekend. With almost no lead-time, we managed to make a booking at this property at the excellent rate of $150 for a room for three adults - a great rate for Canberra accommodation. Getting there is... More

On arrival there was an issue with our room. Spoke with a staff member at reception who was particularly unhelpful & lacked what basic customer service skills you would expect in a so called 4 star establishment. We requested a room change as we had booked a 2 night stay. We were told that moving for 1 night would be... More

Great value,a little tired but you can see that updating is happening.Booked studio, overlooking park.kitchenette adequate and clean. As we were about to travel back to Melbourne from Sydney, we decided to check out the nation's capital, Canberra. Stayed for a night here. No issue with checking in late, though they did ask for a security deposit. I passed them my NAB card and it was kind of vintage to see them swiping it through those manual credit... More

We stayed at this apartment hotel close to where our son is living in Canberra. The room we had had a double bed which was very good but it also had a set of bunks in it which made it very crowded and cut out a deal of the light into the room. We were also woken up early in... More

Rooms were average but it is low priced. Stains on blankets and lots of hair in the bathroom. Foxtel had no kids channels available. Noisy roads surrounding the motel with lights flashing in our room all night. Water pipes are noisy. Car parks are tiny! I couldn't open the door in the first two parks I tried and I don't... More

Stayed there last Saturday night when we booked with the " Cuddles and Bubbles" package. Staff were very friendly and helpful when required. That's the last of the good points unfortunately. Opened up the Apartment and found it very 70s and nothing to invite the night away from home experience! The bed was very soft, lumpy and slept with my... More

Dear PhilandBin, The room you booked for the C n B Package was the exact room that is displayed on our website. The rest of your reply is just very sad. All the food in our Award winning Haig Italian Restaurant is cooked fresh daily. Once again I feel that you are just a very sad couple. Your sincerely, BAZ... More

Not a luxury stay but if you are looking for clean, comfortable and convenient accommodation then this is for you. Staff were helpful and the complimentary Kit Kats, playing cards and newspapers were a nicety. Would stay here again.
