Reasonably clean and quite. The car parking is a disaster! Had to park on the street 2 out of 3 nights! Rooms need a good clean, full of dust. Beds were comfortable and a handy location. Ok for a short stay, but the family studio was very cramped for space.

Booked a 1 bedroom spa apartment for 4 a- multi generational- and it was ok for 1 night but would not be suitable for much longer. The separate bedroom was a good size with TV but the bed was quite soft. The blanket had holes in it. The other beds were pull down from the wall and once down left... More

Really noisy on a busy intersection. Forget about sleeping in. Limited car parking which is not very wide. Yep it's a $125/night room, you get what you pay for. No heating, I'm glad we were not here in winter. Central to city is about the only attraction here.

We booked a family room at this hotel after seeing photos on Booking.com which made the room look spacious enough for a family of 5. When we got to the room we found it to be very badly laid out and now has an extra fridge which means only 2 people can be seated at the table stuffed in the... More

Dear Katiewil, First of all, how dare you comment on our 4 star hotel rating, you do not have any qualifications whatsoever to comment on our rating. How many 4 star hotels do you own, I say zero. You stayed in one of our Family Rooms CF5 for $199.00 per night that sleep 5 people (queen bed, king single bed... More

Well yes I got a deal for $125 per night and got what I paid for. On a busy intersection on Northbourne Ave with a construction site on the other side. No sleeping in here. Couldn't open a window so had to rely on air conditioning. Apartment had 2 fridges, one that defrosted and leaked all over the carpet and... More

The studios are the best because they have balconies. We stay every year. There are shops and restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant is really good. Parking is free. We don't have breakfast so can't comment on it. There is a large fridge and cooking facilities.

Clean, affordable and close to the city. After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean although dated and a little tired. Bonus fun sized kit kats! I had dinner in the restaurant. Had to leave before my food was quite ready but staff were happy to put it into... More

My wife and I stayed in a spacious studio unit that more than met our expectations. There was a comfortable, two-seater couch as well as a table with 2 chairs and a medium-sized fridge. It was well-serviced and in very clean condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with many eating places within walking distance and... More

Pros: This hotel is not far from CBD of Canberra - walking distance. The place is clean and decent. Affordable for sure. Staff were efficient. I heard the italian restaurant is very good Cons: It is a little dated hoping it will be refurbished. It is on the main roads so it was a bit noisy from the traffic. Because... More

In a very convenient location with reasonable rates. The room was clean and well serviced and had a full sized fridge and kitchen area. The staff were great and I certainly would stay here again on my next visit to Canberra.
