This is an excellent choice for a stay in Canberra. The rooms were clean, tidy (and huge!) with a balcony, and the hotel was located around a beautiful garden. It takes you app. 10-15 min to walk to the centre, so the only reason not to stay here would be the location, if you're interested in a very central place. more

The rooms have a certain old fashioned charm to it and are kept in good cleanliness. Yes it is within walking distance to Civic but it's a good 15-25 minutes depending how fast you walk, it's almost 2 km away I think. more
