Stated for 2 nights, superior room, with my wife. Obviously a honeymoon bed as it sagged in the middle. Breakfast at $24.00 was a joke, scrambled eggs with asparagas consisted of overcooked eggs, scraps of asparagas, soggy toast. Inedible!!! more

I travelled to Canberra on business and found that the Diplomat was a good option. Stay here if you like your carpets with spots and holes. Keep windows closed – noisy traffic. One big plus – free internet. Next time, I’ll try to stay elsewhere, within walking distance to Manouka, plenty of good places to eat there. more

Just stayed for 2 nights for a weekend away. Room was very quiet and clean. Staff were all pleasant, great position just near Manuka and Kingston which are both good for food.
