This is a Canberra oldie.. formerly The Ainslie, then Olims, some general areas showing some age, but room clean and fresh, bathroom a bit too small, food services and general staff attitude very good and helpful. No lift to first floor could be a problem for some with baggage.

A great hotel so far as location goes. This stay not as good as the last, room much mallet and noisier due o floor boards. My husband get up about four times. Night o I don't get a good sleep. Service was fantastic, breakfast also great, lovely staff.

Enjoyed the charm of this hotel. Great accommodation - very comfortable beds - and excellent service. Being accompanied by a number of children we initially chose to dine at the Restaurant, but the children did not like the menu so we went to the bistro - even though the waitress had set up 2 tables for us in the restaurant... Have now stayed twice on business and find the hotel very comfortable and pleasant to stay at. The meals are reasonable either in the main restaurant or the bistro and the bar staff are friendly. I like the loft room because of the space and find the beds very comfortable.
