This hotel is basic but very comfortable. The suite is roomy and nicely decorated. A basic breakfast, (bacon wrap, toast, muesli and coffee) is available to purchase in the hotel dining area. Parking is free and the spaces allow plenty of room to open the doors of the car. The staff are always helpful and friendly. It really is a... More

I always stay here when I come to Canberra for work. Professional, friendly staff. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. After driving from Sydney I appreciate the luxurious mattresses and crisp sheets. A full kitchen and a gorgeous bathroom is welcome; the rain shower is very relaxing after a busy day. Free parking onsite and a decent cafe downstairs plus... More

We chose it due to being ranked so highly and prices being reasonable, it wasn't too far from city we needed to get taxis though for evening out to centre, the main issue here is NO Free wi fi! Outrageous, how can a hotel in a supposedly modern and progressive country not offer free wi fi? Even Canberra shopping malls etc... More

This is such a great hotel with its good location and huge rooms. We stayed in a 2 bedroom on level 7, the rooms is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, washing machine, dish washer, air cond, ironing board. It feels like home and ONLY better!! Everything is spotlessly clean, beds, linen, pillow, bathroom, towels, sofa. It feels like a brand... More

We stayed three nights this past week, it was a lovely spot and very convenient. Two bedroom room with kitchen, very clean, fresh and everything we needed The only thing which we needed to be careful of was that the tiles in the shower were very slippery when wet, but that could be due to the shower gel they provide,... OK - Cons: I was unaware that the Aria was in fact, the small brother to the Pavilion Hotel. It does not have its own restaurant or bar (there's a small café in the foyer, only open til 10am on weekends) and you must walk outside and down to the main hotel to get a drink. As we were in... More

I had to travel to Canberra last minute on business, and was booked into the Aria at $240/night. I arrived and was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, I discovered that I was upgraded to a spa bath which was an added bonus. Security/access is controlled by your room key which you must use to access your floor... More

Business trip to ACT. Booked into the Aria Room. Reasonable size etc. but went for the upgrade (best $40) spent with apartment style rooms two balconies and full size fridge. Customer service was terrific, nothing too much for the Aria crew. I try to stay at this hotel whenever my work allows and recommend it for convenience to Dickson foodies... More

An excellent hotel in central but quiet location. Excellent value on weekend. Stayed 3 nights (Sat-Mon) on a visit to 'Capital Country' in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. All was as new and clean. King-size bed was one of most comfortable we've slept in. Showering was a treat. 2 TV's & 2 Air cons. Secure undercover parking included (great on... More

One of the nicer places to stay in Cbr on business. Always reasonably priced, modern and clean. Only gripes are all in one shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom is not female friendly and must remember to bring own next time as can't do that again. Also cafe on ground opens at 7 for breakfast which makes it hard for... More
