Arrived with our caravan and stayed one night on a power site. My wife went to the female "disabled toilet / shower" at 10 pm. Timer light turned off after 4 mins and left her in total darkness. No lock on door. She felt very fearful of falling while trying to find her way out. Once outside she was threatened... More

We booked a 4 star cabin. We would not recommend staying there, unless you are travelling with a school camp, or are workman staying there between jobs. Our cabin was full of cobwebs, the mattresses needed replacing, furniture old and dirty, windows not secure, shower old, dirty and very cramped, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nowhere to put toiletries... More

Stayed at Eagle Hawk for school trip to Canberra. Stayed in the cabins. The accommodation was what you would expect for the price. It was clean, a negative is that there was no lounge chair in my cabin justs a table and chairs I had a 8 person cabin to myself. You could get up to 8 kids in a... More

Easily the worst accommodation option in and around Canberra. 1st room old, ant ridden and fridge broken. 2nd room newer, already run down, broken kettle and missing remotes. After hours number didn't work. Had to search to find someone to help us out.

We arrived looking for accomodation for 2 nights. Was told $150 so we Paid and on the second day they told us we paid for only one day. They charges us $150 for 1 day in a 1 bedroom cabin. The cabin was dangerous with nail sticking out on the verandah, cracked windows.

A few months ago I went to Eaglehawk for a Canberra excursion with the school. It was really great and everything worked! The TV was great and the facilities were awesome! It was really clean and the food was superb. I really cannot wait for next year when we will go again.

Had been there with a group of 12-14 ppl, multiple bookings. Rooms were poor, dirty, very cold, heater didn't work properly. Smaller than average bathroom n toilet. Low pressure hot water. Not worth even if its cheap. Avoid!

We got a very good deal from the Rydges website. Only $95 for a night. The double bed was a bit small for two so we ended up also using the single bed to get some sleep space. Our room was clean. Showers were great. A bit out of town, but really, ... a ten minute easy drive to Civic... More

I made enquiries about transport to a close little town about 15 mins up the road for my wedding guests who would be staying at the hotel and was told they had a shuttle bus and if maintenance person was available, they could take the wedding guests to the wedding, otherwise they would assist with organising transport by providing contact...
