We stayed in the Grevillea cabins. Very comfortable cabins and big enough for a family with young kids or a bit tight for 5 adult men who were in Canberra riding mountain bikes. Showers were hot and the place is in close proximity to good restaurants, cafes and most importantly great trails one being Bruce Ridge just near the entrance.... More

We stayed in an Acacia cabin that was very new, really clean and warm. The quality was better than many hotel rooms I have stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedding was clean and warm enough for winter. The facilities were good for kids and the cafe had nice coffee. The location is good if you are... More

We have stayed in some cheep accommodation and some ultra expensive accommodation. For what this cabin was was both ultra expensive and cheap and nasty in quality. When we booked we were told that the cabins were recently refurbished and I guess back in the 90's they might have been. The bathroom was moldy, the heater was useless for heating... More

Layout and appearance of park great. Affordable option for family stay but quite cramped and well used cabin...some furniture ready for replacement as dirty and uncomfortable. Generally tired appearance inside cabin and although air con was fine for living area the bathroom was cold for a Canberra winter morning getting showered with no heater and extraction fan adding to cold... The stay in our caravan at the Alvio Tourist Park was made comfortable due to easy access to the site with amenities nearby. The staff in the food area stood out by providing extra customer service and the food was tasty too.

Located in a very quiet beautiful bushland setting. Cabins were small but accommodated 4 for our trip. Park is located very close to Canberra Centre and the Museums. The park does not charge parking like the big hotels. Saw native wildlife in the park. Good experience.

The reception staff were professional and friendly. The location was convenient to the sights around and access back to motorway. The internet WiFi was fast and reliable. Download limit was rather small though, before payment is required.

Annual Canberra Raiders road trip from Melb fro 20+ plus years, and Alivio is as convenient as it gets to proximity to GIO Stadium, but, it's not just about convenience. Since Alivio took over management of Canberra Motor Village the facilities at Alivio have improved {and maintained} so much and on this occasion it was the first time we have... More

Organised a cabin for the 100 year Anzac Day memorial and stayed for several nights with a group of friends. The cabin was clean, had everything needed for a comfortable stay and provided us with easy access to all of the sights of Canberra. Whilst the cabin we stayed in wasn't the newest on site it provided everything we needed... More

The camping side of Alivio was great. Very easy to drive the van in. Only downside was pepgging awning down. Windy weather would be a problem for campers. Amenities were spotless. Very easy to access all of Canberra's attractions from the site.
