Where do i begin.Blood on doona cover,stained underwear of previous guest under bed.filthy kitchen and my 2yr olds feet were black from walking barefoot on carpet and as for the beds we spent the night on lounge.If you must stay here take a bottle of domestos and sleeping bag.Beautiful on the outside but filthy on the inside.I am even going... more

We thought these new serviced apartments would be a nice alternative to just another hotel room for a 2 night stay. Boy were we mistaken. I booked through a well known Ausssie hotel website, and it states "Located 20 minutes south on the Tuggeranong Parkway". Ok, 20 minutes south of what?
