There was no food. We tried to order many things from the menu and they were out of everything. We could not pay our bill as they had no computer system for charging. when we did get some food it was well prepared but it took 30 min. to get it. The staff were unfriendly and seemed always stressed and... More

I just read a review that said there are not phones in the rooms. WHAT?? We had a phone and in fact, used it frequently. We were on Roatan for 15 days and had been staying on another resort that we didn't love, after visiting Parrot Tree we transferred and had no regrets. The general manager, Jesus, is amazing. The... Rooms are nice with a full kitchen. Minor issues such as fan in main room, light in bathroom, internet and fans outside not working. There were no sheets, towels or soap in the room when we checked in. Those issues were resolved but you would think a hotel would have these things taken care of. Went to the restaurant for... More

I only visited the beach as part of a cruise excursion after ziplining. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the friendly staff, and gorgeous grounds! The lagoon was amazing. The water we calm, exceptionally clear, and perfect for swimming.

My wife and me, spent 9 days and 8 nights at Parrot Tree and enjoyed it, but the start was not best: Arriving at Roatan airport, nobody was there to pick us up. I sent them the exact itineraries, days in advance and they confirmed our transport. It took more than half a hour, till the little Parrot Tree bus... More

Having just returned from Parrot Tree after staying there for the last 3 months I can tell you first hand that this is one of the Premier locations on Roatan. My three observations include infrastructure, cost, and facilities. First infrastructure on Roatan (island off the coast of Honduras) is at best a double lane road which transverses the island from... More

I just returned from a week in Roatan and discovered a few great spots that make this island a must see for water worshipers. The diving and snorkeling on the island are unparalleled. The amount of sea life that even the most amateur snorkeler or diver can enjoy just steps into the water is phenomenal. You can enjoy great reef... More

PROS: This resort is away from all the hustle and bustle of the cruise ships coming in. It is much cooler than the West End because of the constant breeze from the ocean. The staff is amazing! Rafael, Elizabeth, Wilford, Jose all keep you happy with delicious Pina Coladas, or filling your coffee cup in the morning, or just great... More

Our family stayed 4 nights, the room (which is a small apartment really with kitchenette etc) was nice and clean. You could easily bring your groceries and cook inside if you prefer to stay in or you can use the restaurant on the beach as well. The AC worked perfectly, the internet not really. The best part is that we... More

We were only here for a day but the grounds are absolutely stunning!! The food was very good and the Pina Coladas the best I've ever had!! All very inexpensive! Our group tour was scheduled to take us to West Bay beach but since it overly packed, we wound up here. Loved it!! Will be going back soon for a... More
