This was such a welcome respite from too much travel, sightseeing and general busyness. Elliot is an attentive respectful host. Dilofo is quiet, quant and yet easily accessible to all there is to see and do in the area. Gaia house is super clean, beautifully appointed and quiet.

Gaia Guesthouse is a beautiful, peaceful and warmly welcoming place to base yourself while you explore the local villages and walking trails of Epirus. The owners, Ilias and Yota are terrific - they were very kind and accommodating when I became ill just before leaving Athens and suddenly needed to move all my dates and they take great care to... Elias at the front desk was warm and obliging. The room on the 2nd floor was beautiful and had a fantastic view. Everything was clean and functional, with plenty of atmosphere. The guesthouse is located on the edge of the village on an incline, so it's even more quiet. and with better views, than other options.

We arrived to the warmest welcome we had yet received in Greece! From the moment we arrived Hlias was dedicated to sharing all the amazing local spots (including a waterfall and pools that we would otherwise never have discovered) and making sure that we had everything we needed. Truly a wonderful man, we awoke to a fantastic breakfast (which looked... More

From arrival to departure, Giota, Stavros and Elias made every effort to ensure I had a pleasant stay and to enjoy what Zagorohoria has to offer despite the intermittent rain during the 3 days. Dilofo is not very accessible by public transport when one doesn't drive. Giota picked me up from the bus terminal upon arrival in Ioannica and Elias... More

Very cute and quaint, with a wonderful breakfast! The room has a TV, a bathroom with lots of toiletries and a fireplace. Free welcoming liqueur in the room and an excellent view. The breakfast was all handmade, including carob cake and bread, that are just to die for! I definitely recommend it!

I have stayed at the Gaia Guesthouse four times over the last five years. The owner Ioannis is most gracious host anyone could hope for. The guesthouse has all the warmth that you would feel in your own home. Elias, who runs the guesthouse is so kind and more than willing to accommodate any needs you might have. I have... More

Dilofo was the first of the zagorohoria village we visited in our 1 week tour of the area at the end of the summer. We found this hotel while walking around the beautiful village and asked to be shown around. We immediately felt that it was perfect! The room tastefully decorated with a view and a very comfortable bed. The... More

Excellent service from the owners of this beautiful hostel in a unique environment. Only positive impressions from breakfast, the friends, the behavior level reminds hosting friends than straight professionals. The room was spacious, exquisitely decorated with prominent elements of delivery of Zagoria in simple classic lines. Cleanliness excellent, distinct at all points of the hostel. Characteristic incredible quietness, a village... More
