An absolute gem with the most amazing sea views. This unusual place was built in the sixties and has a wonderful feel about it. You park under shady pine trees and from the moment you walk in you relax. A welcome drink and a wander through the reception room which is full of art collected by the founders, through the... From the very start, the warm welcome from the front desk team was first class. We liked the style of the hotel - the artwork, sculptures, iconic furniture. You could sit and look at the view for days. Food in the restaurant was very good, for breakfast and in the evening. Interesting wine list (first time we had tried a... More

For sure the views here are outstanding. Perched on a cliff top, with surrounding hills and the ocean below, it is gorgeous. Lovely, spacious lawns to wander around or lounge in a deckchair. The room although a little small, also afforded expansive views on two sides and was decorated in a clean, crisp modern way, just right for the location.... More

Friendly people, spacious rooms, beautiful view, excellent food and service. And a nice and large swimming pool! For tourtistic purposes is the location less convenient. Public transport to the center aren't optimal.

Stayed here 3 nights, booked through Booking. Com... We stayed here because we wanted to visit the little fishermans beach in Portonovo.. But after staying in Emilias, we would of preffered the lower hotels, simply to be closer to the beach, instead we drove down each day. It is a very clean, contempory , tranquil hotel, with Lavender as a... More

Thought we'd gone the wrong way as hotel is quite a long way up a windy road. Situated on cliff top surrounded by lovely gardens with wonderful views out to sea. Weather was blustery while we were there so was a bit like Wuthering Heights! Lovely staff and beautiful decor. Wifi worked better in the library section on ground floor.... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Emilia - it was a veritable oasis, a stunning hilltop property overlooking the Adriatic where we could really relax. The swimming pool is half Olympic size and excellent for lap swimming. Staff was very nice and friendly. It was still somewhat early in the season (mid May) and when we got there they... More

We stayed for 8 nights this month (May). When we walked into the hotel we were bowled over by how beautiful it all was. The hotel is very artistic and stylish but simple and not overdone. Our room was perfect, white clean and cool with everything you could want - including breathtaking sea views. I loved the original art in... More

We only spent one night here whilst touring the Adriatic coast. The hotel is located on top of the only hill on the coast and has wonderful sea views. They do offer a shuttle bus to the beach to save fighting the roads with your car. The hotel is beautiful, clean and perfectly positioned, the staff are helpful, the car... More

We planned to stay for one night before getting the ferry to Patras. We actually stayed for 3 nights and the whole experience was wonderful. We were upgraded to a lovely room with fantastic sea views. The hotel was in a lovely national park and had nice gardens and the swimming pool was large. The best parts were the fantastic... More
