This hotel is a no frills place to stay for a couple of days! The room was on the shabby side and the ex Premier Inn signage is evident but it was fine for what we paid! The £5 voucher to use in Albert's Restaurant next door was very welcome as the sausage & bacon bap in the grab bag... More

We only spent one night there but were very pleased with the way our booking was handled, with the room itself and - especially - with the friendliness of the staff. Its a basis, no-frills hotel (think Travel Lodge) but was clean, had good room sizes and offered an express 'grab'n'go" breakfast at no extra cost. There is a restaurant... More

Stayed at the Hello Hotel as we were going to a party at Albert's restaurant next door on the evening, very convenient in that respect. I phoned before travelling from the Midlands to reserve a parking place. On arrival, the receptionist who booked us in was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. She informed us of the breakfast options, either a... More

Stayed for one night with family, clean room exceptional value, would definately recommend if you want somewhere to stop overnight and not too far from Manchester City Centre,as there is an adjacent restaurant the rear of the hotel can be slightly noisy with the rubbish being emptied but don't let that put you off

Paying for a budget hotel my expectetions are never too high as I don't want to be dissapointed!!! This was a very pleasant experience though. It was fanastic value for money. The staff at reception were very warm and welcoming and were really friendly with our 2 and 5 year olds. The family room had two pull out beds for... More

This room was booked for us for work purposes and I can't begin to start on how awful this was! The man at the front desk was threatening us to leave because we were "late for checkout" when we clearly weren't because the person who booked the room clearly specified it was for a late checkout! The cleaners bang on... More

We have never stopped in a budget hotel before but this wasn't. All the staff from the moment we walked in to the moment we left were by far the most attentive and courteous we have ever encountered. The rooms were perfect the beds clean and comfy and the breakfast concept was incredible. Grab n Go!!! Our whole stay was... More
