I was amazingly surprised by the Arawak Beach Inn. Hotel room looked much better than on (already very nice) pictures. Everything was very clean, neat, service excellent. Maria was the best host I have experienced so far. We were in Anguilla off-season so everything was very quiet and peaceful. I suggest to rent a car to be able to travel... More

I was lucky enough to have a whole month in Anguilla at the Arawak in June. I had a wonderful time and stayed in one of the new rooms, with four poster and my own shower/tub. The views over the sea were amazing and very peaceful. And there is always a great trade wind breeze blowing through, so it's cool... More

Two of my colleagues and I were there for two nights in May. We were there for business and we have spent a lot of time in the Caribbean. I admit the Caribbean is not my favorite place in the world but Maria and Natalie made our stay truly great. The food was fantastic, the self serve bar is how... More

From seeing it on line I knew it was a gem. The minute we arrived Maria our host was most engaging. She always had so much information on where to eat, the best beaches, good deals on the island. Loved the honor system at the bar and the communal eating area. Some nights it was one big party. Maria even made... More

The island was on our "bucket list". I chose the Arawak by the reviews I had read on this site. I must admit the pictures were exactly how the Inn appears. The room we stayed in was #10. The view was "spectacular". I'd wake every morning and do my yoga on the terrace. The room was clean the staff friendly,... More

Do not hesitate: email Maria and book it. Stayed for 4 nights with my partner and 2 girls aged 8 and 11. The views from the circular rooms are beautiful and your sleep will be soothed by the waves and the breeze. Maria will make suggestions; give tips about the island and things to do; and provide the perfect holiday... More

Our first visit to Anguilla. We stayed for a month at the Arawak Beach Inn. The location of our unit was terrific with a view of the bay, the fishing harbour and the ocean through the entry to the bay. Our octagonal main room had a 'cathedral' ceiling and was furnished with lovely wood furniture: a four poster bed, desk... More

I never write reviews (unless I have a horrible experience and need to vent), but since I do read them when researching travel, I figured I'd share my wonderful experience at the Awawak Beach Inn. This is not a 5 star or luxury property, but at the prices we paid, that's to be expected. The Arawak is more like a... More

The proprietor tried to change the rate, she added a service charge for a self serve bar, and even threatened to call the police on a friend of mine who refused to pay for a service that was not even provided. Also the place was not very nice and the food was barely mediocre. Not recommended. There are many places... More

This guest stayed with us as part of a group on a prepaid reservation for a single person, but arrived with a second person. As is common at many hotels, and as is shown on our website, double occupancy rates are higher than single. We advised him of the rate adjustment on arrival, and regret that he did not like... More
