Recently ate here and had a lovely meal. It was steak night and we had 2 steaks and 2 glasses of wine for only £16. Best steak we've had in a long time, far better than the reasonable price would suggest.

We stayed for 3 nights over the bank holiday in the teign room and ate here every evening. The menu was varied and delicious, especially the scallops! A mediaeval pub in beautiful surroundings. Excellent service and excellent food. Happy to accommodate gluten free. Fresh locally sourced seafood, the river Teign mussels were the best I've tasted, plump and sweet.
