This place was made to cater for the large number of tourists visiting Palenque pyramids. The hotel is resort style with a large pool. Nothing around the hotel except other hotels, farmland and bush. The room we stayed in was a hut. Sparsely furnished and dark. Bathroom was horrible because of the dangerous drop in levels and sharp tiles. Mosquitos... More

Stayed here for one night on Exodus's La Ruta Maya tour. The setting and the villas look nice around the pool but the rooms and bathrooms were very basic - a bit like a 1950's holiday camp. The margaritas were good and the food was okay but the hotel was almost empty, just one group of French tourists besides us.... More

A very good week spent at Kin-Ha. The attention from the management made us feel at home and its proximity to Palenque archaeological site a very good option. Good food and the karaoke bar was a nice experience!

On the site of this hotel there are many villa´s, that look great from the outside, but when you´re in your room, it is very humid. Some places became mouldy, especially the bathroom. It didn´t smell fresh. There was a fantastic pool, with a nice terrace. You can drink your cocktail here. Breakfast was a la carte, there was not... More

This hotel is frequented by large tour groups. We basically just slept there and didn't taste their food nor took advantage of their pool. The hotel shows its age, the room was clean, okay, but nothing special. The price was alright (1,100 MXN) for three people. WIFI only worked in the lobby, but not in the room. The location so... We loved the place, fantastic pool, very clean. The bed/mattress were the most comfortable one we have slept in on a trip. There were almost no guests there, so we had the fantastic pool to ourselves. The water is only warm, it never gets hot, despite what the staff say. This was not a problem for us as it was... More

We telephoned this hotel to reserve a room, and were told we had a reservation and could pay on arrival. However when we arrived the people on reception denied all knowledge of the telephone call, and implied that we never made it. They seemed very busy, were not friendly at all, and told us to sit down while they found... More

Very basic hotel. Don’t expect anything. Most rooms don’t even have tv. There a little bungalows with 2 or 3 rooms each in the middle of nowhere in the jungle, so don’t leave your door open for a second longer than you have to or else your room will be crawling with bugs. It’s quite far away from town, but... More

We spent 4 nights here, but we went through Tikal's Travel agency and got a really good deal for this hotel, but in normal circumstances with normal prices this hotel would have been overpriced. The Tikal Travel agency did a fantastic job organising our outtings in Palenque and Tikal in Guatemala and booked this hotel for us. The hotel is... More
