The hotel was located on a street with several others which seems to be the main area in town for hotels. The restaurant in the hotel was only for breakfast but there were several restaurants within a couple of blocks. There was a lot of construction being done on the street in front of the hotel and I presume it... More

We had a big room with nice, big beds. The airconditioning worked well. Shower was nice. There was a safe in the room. Wifi was ok. Hotel is very close to the ADO bus station. A big supermarket (with ATM) is around the corner.

Not near downtown, but can walk or take a taxi there. Otherwise is all good. Nice, clean confortable rooms, quiet and relaxing. We stayed in a room with 3 double beds, all very comfy, bathroom clean and good toiletries, no bothers what so ever, our room was even close to a lovely 2nd floor terrace. No problem with AC or... Stayed here on a tour. The rooms are clean with good A/C. Shower worked well. Beds are comfortable. Only complaint would be the air vents in each room which you can't close. You can hear anything that happens outside of your room, but this wasn't a major issue for us. Also close to a number of good value and tasty... More

The hotel is in a great location, just down the road from the ADO bus terminal. This is also where you can catch a collectivo to the ruins. The rooms are clean and spacious however we had little to no wifi reception and a very poor tv signal. We didn't report this as we were just there for the night so... More

This hotel is very clean and comfortable for something in the basic to mid range market. Our room had two beds , an air conditioner , in room safe, TV , decent wifi signal and a hair drier. The towels were of a reasonable quality too. It's right next door to a lovely little restaurant . Do try the prawns... More

A solid choice to spend a couple of nights at in Palenque. The street setting is lovely amongst the trees and away frpm the bustle of downtown but still only 5 mins walk away. The rooms have good AC and hot showers and plenty of room. The restaurant is pretty average and I would go elsewhere to eat. There is... More

We stayed 2 nights whilst on a tour and the place was nice and clean. It has a nice bed and breakfast feel to it (minus the breakfast as it wasn't included in our package). Showers are good with hot water and bathrooms were decent. It has a safe in the bathroom as well. Down the road is Jade cafe... More

After a long bus ride from San Cristobal, we were happy to find this comfortable, affordable hotel in Palenque. It has a very convenient location with excellent restaurants nearby. Dont miss the Maya Canada restaurant right across the street for fine cuisine. It was easy to arrange tours to see the beautiful waterfalls of Chiapas from this hotel. The rooms... More

It was very noisy at night when we were there, close to a restaurant/pub. There are holes on the wall at every guest room. Maybe good for ventilation but bad for sound isolation. WiFi signal was not usable in the room, very weak. Room itself is good and clean. BTW, the owner/host can't speak English, but OK to check in/out.
