Cabanas in a beautiful garden with a great swimmingpool. That is The positive part. Less nice is: internet is really slow and not available in The cabanas. The garden needs Some maintenance. The rooms are not Well furnished. The maintenance of The room is bad. The hotel had a strange policy for The swimming pool towels. Further in The Road... More

The one compliment I must give this hotel is that the people who work there were extremely nice and polite. However, some other aspects made it less than stellar. For one, I was thankful for the ac, but there was no way to moderate the temperature: it was either on or off, so I was either hot or freezing. In... More

A couple of years ago my husband and I went to Peru with a tour company that arranged a variety of experiences, adrenaline & relaxing, luxury & back to nature, you get the idea. After going to the obvious places we were taken to the jungle to be “off the grid”. There was the initial, ”What no television?” panic. It... More

Only stayed one night. No info at check in except a generic banner showing photos of local sights without text or prices. I wandered back to reception later and an attempt was made to sell me a driven tour to Palenque and onto Aqua Azul somewhat puzzling as we obviously had our own vehicle. WiFi only worked at reception and... More

Pleased with our stay. We had room two which was large, clean and pleasant. Pool area and gardens are lovely. food adequate in quality and service relaxed. The reception staff could be better trained but no less skilled than other placed we stayed in southern Mexico.

Stayed 2 nights here, very comfortable and with a lovely pool which was bliss in the hot weather! Pros - lovely rooms, with personal hammock outside, we had two double beds which was handy as we were travelling with our 3 year old son - Well maintained grounds Cons - disappointing service. When we arrived, we couldn’t tell where reception... More

We arrived after a 5 hour bus ride from San Cristobal turned into a 19 hour stop-start voyage from the burning depths of hell. Thanks OCC/ADO! The guy on the front desk was humourless and didn't speak English. Kind of a crappy first impression when we ourselves were fairly humourless by that point. We were taken to our room and... More

Arrived tired and late in the evening after a hair-raising trip from San Cristobal. Delightful cabin type rooms, approached via a winding footpath through the gardens. Great having a hammock for each room. Only really fully appreciated the location when going to breakfast the next morning. The gardens are lovely! Stayed just two nights - main purpose of visit was... More

The rooms are very big and spacious, with an outside area outside each room with a hammock. The landscaping of the surrounding area was lovely and the flowers were beautiful with lots of butterflies (good for people who like taking pictures of flora). The pool looked inviting, but we never ventured into it. Shower was also good. It just misses... More

This hotel is old, the rooms are moist and smelling of mold, the service is very unprofessional (I can't say it is bad). The mattress are old and sleeping on it was painfull. Avoid at all costs! We booked 3 nights through Booking.com but left after the first night (they did reimburse us, minus Booking comission (15%) and wee moved... More
