PRO: big rooms, good restaurant, swimming pool. CONS: no wifi neither in the room nor in the lobby, despite I had been provide of the access key, very far from the city centre, poor breakfast. A good hotel for one night rest.

Well were do I begin: the hotel is fabulous for the price of less than a 100 dollars per night (special offer) and my kids loved the pool. Rooms clean and hotel situated very close to the Palenque Templos. There was only one staff member who helped me and did his job (Emres) and the waiters in the restaurant from... More

Rooms are correct (clean, air conditioning), the swimming pool area is good but the water is not very clean. Staff wasn't friendly at all in the restaurant and at the front desk. No one speaks english and was making effort to speak spanish slowly for us. Food in the restaurant was just ok. The hotel is 20 minutes away from... More

The rooms here have rough whitewashed walls and tiled floors. Lights over the beds are srt onto the wall in an arch shape which directs the light towards the top of each bed. The swimming pool was attractive as were the lawns around it. Unfortunately a number of our party received bites while in this area. In addition to towels... More

This hotel is just a short drive from the Palenque archaeological site. The hotel is set back from the main road and is basically set around the swimming pool with the restaurant and bar area overlooking the pool. The rooms are nicely appointed although nothing particularly special. We only stayed the one night as part of our grand tour of... More

I only stayed here for 1 night on my way through to Merida. The pool was great, the food at the restaurant was good and the rooms were big and clean, the beds were quite hard though. For a 1 night stop it was fine.

This is a pretty big hotel about 20 mins away from the Palanque ruins. 2 mins walk from a massive supermarket that sold everything under the sun! The pool area is great and restaurant for breakfast was the standard buffet style fashion. I wouldn't rave about the food but would say adequate. Not a lot of vegetarian option except fruit... More

Comfortable hotel with a great pool area and bar. The welcome drink of a Margarita was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We found the staff in the restaurant to be helpful and attentive. Food quality was good. The rooms are large and yes the beds are hard but most beds are like this in Mexico. It might be wise to... More

Large hotel within 20 minutes of the ruins, a bit out of town if you wanted to visit, would need a taxi. Hotel restaurant very nice, service a bit hit a miss. Often ignored for long periods of time for breakfast or drinks. On one occasion we had the pool for the afternoon we had to go and find waiters... More
