The rooms here have rough whitewashed walls and tiled floors. Lights over the beds are srt onto the wall in an arch shape which directs the light towards the top of each bed. The swimming pool was attractive as were the lawns around it. Unfortunately a number of our party received bites while in this area. In addition to towels... More

This hotel is just a short drive from the Palenque archaeological site. The hotel is set back from the main road and is basically set around the swimming pool with the restaurant and bar area overlooking the pool. The rooms are nicely appointed although nothing particularly special. We only stayed the one night as part of our grand tour of... More

I only stayed here for 1 night on my way through to Merida. The pool was great, the food at the restaurant was good and the rooms were big and clean, the beds were quite hard though. For a 1 night stop it was fine.

This is a pretty big hotel about 20 mins away from the Palanque ruins. 2 mins walk from a massive supermarket that sold everything under the sun! The pool area is great and restaurant for breakfast was the standard buffet style fashion. I wouldn't rave about the food but would say adequate. Not a lot of vegetarian option except fruit... More

Comfortable hotel with a great pool area and bar. The welcome drink of a Margarita was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We found the staff in the restaurant to be helpful and attentive. Food quality was good. The rooms are large and yes the beds are hard but most beds are like this in Mexico. It might be wise to... More

Large hotel within 20 minutes of the ruins, a bit out of town if you wanted to visit, would need a taxi. Hotel restaurant very nice, service a bit hit a miss. Often ignored for long periods of time for breakfast or drinks. On one occasion we had the pool for the afternoon we had to go and find waiters... More

Stayed two nights in early December, ate both nights and breakfast in the restaurant, found service to be fine, some difficulties as we spoke only a little Spanish and not everyone spoke English, but we worked it out. Also thought food was good, not great, but not terrible either. The rooms are almost entirely concrete as mentioned earlier, so the... More

The hotel was outside of city, so without a car we had no choice to see the city . Still, . There was no internet stand. u had to come with your own computer The pool with a slide and swim up bar was really the best thing about the hotel.

Good points are the proximity to Palenque, the pool and the terrace next to the restaurant. Bad points-everything in the room was made of concrete, including the headboard and base of the bed. This made it unbelievably hard to sleep on and requests for blankets to soften it were met with the customary surliness from the staff. Even the walls... More
