Close to the Palenque ruins. However, most staff were surly, except those in the dining room. Loud boom boom music from the pool area and a continuously malfunctioning room key didn't help. On a more positive note, the food was good and the rooms were large, but only a double bed. The Internet only available in the hot lobby, and... More

This hotel is very pleasant, the rooms are quiet with air-conditioning (which was desperately needed as it was 36 degrees!) and ours had a view of the jungle out the back window. The beds are also firm which I absolutely loved and the showers have good water pressure. The only pieces of feedback I would offer the management would be... More

The location is nice done, it fits with the place perfect. They have 2 swimming pools: the main one is beatiful but the water is rather warm, the pool with the bar has no bar in function. They have large rooms, few furniture and some lizzards occasionally:). No wi-fi in the rooms, only in the restaurant and at the front... More

The hotel is about five minutes from the Palenque Ruins. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food good. The staff very attentive. Nice gym room. The palapa style roof takes away the feeling of an inpersonal hotel building.

Set in the jungle, this modern hotel is well set up with rooms scattered around the grounds and a central reception and restaurant area. All well appointed and the staff were helpful. Wifi only in reception and the restaurant is a bit below the standard expected these days. Location is perfect for the ruins - less than 5 minutes drive!

The hotel is located just outside of the Ruins of Palenque. The rooms are nice and clean, well kept with nice firm mattresses. Only one small bottle of drinking water is provided. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby but it is really slooooooow. The hotel is popular with tour groups which makes it difficult during the breakfast rush. Service... More

We only stayed one night as we had traveled to Palenque to visit the ruins. This property is beautiful and well planned out, set in the jungle. The staff in all areas were always ready to assist in any way. The gardens around the property and large pool area was well taken care of. Rooms were starting to look a... More

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a 3 week tour around Mexico. The property looks very welcoming when you arrive, lovely entrance and gardens which after a stressful journey getting there was wonderful. However the staff on reception were not very well helpful, it did not help that they had very little English(which isn't their fault) and... More

Clean room in jungle setting, relaxing .... Great service...wish I had more time to explore the area! Great value for the cost. Grandiose entrance to hotel. Will be back! When we left early next morning you could hear howling monkeys!!!

A clean, comfortable place to stay that seems out of place without a beach. The guest rooms fall a little short of the grandiose expectations set by the entry and reception area - or even the gardens, and could stand a makeover. The good: everything here answers island resort, from the vaulting pole and palm thatch reception area surrounded by... More
