Spacey clean room and bathroom BUT to what use when the toilet took forever to fill up so you couldn't flush (horrible situation for us since we got "Montezuma's revenge" on our way to Villahermosa). The water pressure in the shower was so bad that you could barely wash off the body shower let alone wash your hair. The continental... More

First of all let me say that the hotel in itself and the rooms are good. Cleanliness is good. However the service from the staff is no bueno. Our wifi stopped working several times and when we asked if they could fix it they just mumbled something and did not do anything. The included breakfast is a joke. In a... More

Rooms and ouside of hotel looked nothing like represented in pictures on the internet. Hallways and rooms dark. The pool was open but water so cloudy and murkey we didn't dare go in, obviously water was not clean. Staff was helpful and friendly the problem is with the physical management of the facility. Area around the hotel wasn't the best.... More

Ended up here after an epic 22-hour flight from Germany via Houston. Had a late arrival, and staff at reception were somewhat at a loss finding the correct rate (I had booiked through an online booking engine) - check-in took half an hour. The room turned out to be o.k. for the price - no more, no less. Shower worked.... More

The hotel smells bad, and the beds are rather hard, the service is not that great and the bathroom floods, at least the shower is nice (which is a nice thing). The AC doesn't work very well and the price isn't even that good. But at least the restaurant is very good.

1) I was over-charged by 50% of what I contracted to pay through booking.com - It has been almost a week and this violation of my booking agreement has yet to be credited bank into my bank account. At this point my bank in the US will have to turn it over to their fraud investigation department. 2) I was... More

We went to Villahermosa in order to avoid a round trip back to Tuxtla after seeing the ruins of Palenque, which is a two hour drive from Villahermosa. The city is hideous. Olmeca Plaza is in the "historical" section, but that only dates back to the late 1950´s. Lobby of hotel and restaurant fine. The rooms are GRIM and pressed... More

We "booked" this hotel in the airport, got free transfer to the hotel and 3 days later back (a normal price for taxi is around 200 pesos once way), service was very nice, they asked all our questions, tried to help us to organize trips to the sea, Yumka etc. First room we got was not very nice, so we... Horrible, dirty, overpriced & rips you off for breakfast. The fitness center was foul, completely outdated and infested with mosquitos. Stay somewhere cheap near the bus station or the airport if you must go through Villahermosa.
