Okay I know this can start off as sounding fake, but it's not. I am not one to believe in ghosts but the experience I had at this hotel was anything other than ordinary. Let me tell you about my experiences from staying in Room 101 at this hotel. The night I checked in, I had a series of events... more

We stayed so long there because they gave us a big room (suite) with Jacuzzi, two sinks, shower, two TV’s, etc and access to the Regency Club. You have free... more

The checking in- cheking out experience is a painfully slow torture, and the express check out is inexistant. Do not try to book a non smoking room, they will... more

Staff very nice, bathrooms are great, room OK, but I wouldn't stay here again just because it is out of the way and there is no place to eat except the expensive resturant. On the other hand you can walk to Parque la Venta to see the Olmec heads and if you don't mind a nice expensive meal, the hotel... more
